    Abstract: A fingerprint recognition technology is disclosed. More specifically, embodiments of the present invention provide a fake fingerprint identification device and a method for driving the identification device. According to the device and the method, an alternating voltage is applied to read a fingerprint such that the fingerprint is identified and physical authentication is made whether the fingerprint is live or fake when the frequency of a TX or RX ultrasonic signal generated by the application of the alternating voltage varies. Therefore, the device and the method can be used to accurately identify whether a fingerprint is live or fake and is thus effective in preventing harmful effects caused when a fake fingerprint is authenticated.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a wrist guard and provides a wrist guard that does not pressurize the entire wrist portion but allows for pressurizing only the radius portion and the ulna portion, thereby not only performing a wrist protection function in a stable manner, but also not hindering blood circulation since other portions of the wrist are not pressurized, and thus may be conveniently used since side-effects such as hand numbness or hand swelling do not occur even when wearing same for a long period, and the position and thickness of a pressurizing pad for pressurizing the radius portion and the ulna portion of the wrist may be adjusted according to the needs of a user, and thus the wrist guard may be more conveniently used since same may be altered into an optimal state according to physical conditions of the user or environmental conditions.

A loading lever rotates, for the descending movement of a toilet seat, and presses a loading member, thereby enabling enhancement of the transmission efficiency of the force and smooth operation. Since the loading member maintains the loaded state until a toilet paper time and flush control unit presses and releases the loading member, which has been moved and loaded by the pressing of the loading lever, a user can easily acquire time for discarding toilet paper.

The direct current uninterruptible power supply system according to an embodiment of the present invention is electrically connected to a direct current power converter for converting commercial alternating current power to direct current power, in order to: supply the direct current power to a load and charge an auxiliary power supply device therein with the direct current power. In the case of a short circuit of the direct current power converter due to a current leakage or breakage of the direct current power converter, or if the direct current power converter is disconnected, the direct current uninterruptible power supply system enables the auxiliary power supply device to constantly supply power to the load while completely blocking the electrical connection to the direct current power converter.
