    Abstract: It is disclosed an imaging system comprising: radiation generating means including at least one radiation source for generating radiations; data acquiring means including an detector matrix faced the radiation source for obtaining projection data by receiving radiations penetrated through an object to be inspected; transporting means for making the object to be inspected between the radiation source and the detector matrix linearly moving relative to the radiation source and the detector matrix; and controlling and image processing means for controlling the radiation generating means, the data acquiring means and the transporting means, and for reconstructing an image of the object to be inspected from the projection data. The imaging system according to the present invention achieves a real stereoscopic radiography by using straight-line trajectory scan and reconstructing a tomographic or stereoscopic image through a straight-line filtered back-projection algorithm. The present imaging system has advantages of fast examination speed, no rotation, and out of large cone-angle problem in a circular-orbit cone-beam CT.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for liquid safety-detection by backscatter with a radiation source relate to a radiation detecting technology field. The invention comprises using a radiation source, a collimator, a detector, a data collector and a computer data processor, and has the main steps of: 1) a liquid article to be detected being placed onto a rotatable platform; 2) the ray emitted from the radiation source causing Compton scattering at the surface of the liquid after passing through the package layer of the liquid article; 3) the scattering photons being received by the detector after passing the collimator; 4) the detector transmitting the received data to the data collector; and 5) the data collector transmitting the amplified and shaped data to the computer data processor, which processes the data to obtain the liquid density of the detected article, then compares the result with the densities of dangerous articles in a current database, and gives warning if finding that the density of the detected article is consistent with that of a dangerous article. Comparing to the prior art, the invention has a convenient use, a rapid and accurate detection, a strong anti-interference, a high use safety and reliability, and an easy protection.

    Abstract: A container inspection system with CT tomographic scanning function, which is related to a large container inspection system for Customs, is disclosed, comprising: a radiation source; an annular rotatable rack with the radiation source provided at the outside thereof and rotated with it; an annular rack body for supporting the annular rotatable rack in a vertical plane; a driving device for rotating the annular rotatable rack; a detector array provided in the inner side of said annular rotatable rack and opposed to a side where the radiation source is provided; a transmission device passing through the annular rotatable rack and annular rack body, and transmitting a container truck to be detected in linear movement; a remote control device for controlling the operations of the radiation source, the driving device and the transmission device, and receiving/displaying the image signal obtained by the detector array.     Abstract: Disclosed is a scanning device using radiation beam for backscatter imaging. The scanning device includes a radiation source; a stationary shield plate and a rotary shield body positioned respectively between the radiation source and the subject to be scanned, wherein the stationary shield plate is fixed relative to the radiation source, and the rotary shield body is rotatable relative to the stationary shield plate. The ray passing area permitting the rays from the radiation source to pass through the stationary shield plate is provided on the stationary shield plate, and ray incidence area and ray exit area are respectively provided on the rotary shield body. During the process of the rotating and scanning of the rotary shield body, the ray passing area of the stationary shield plate intersects consecutively with the ray incidence area and the ray exit area of the rotary shield body to form scanning collimation holes. The method comprises steps of scanning an objection with high-energy dual-energy rays to obtain high-energy dual-energy projection values, calculating projection values of base material coefficients corresponding to the dual-energy projection values on the basis of a pre-created lookup table or by analytically solving a set of equations, and obtaining an image of base material coefficient distribution based on the projection values of base material coefficients.     Abstract: A method and a system for contraband detection in an object using photoneutrons and x-rays includes an x-ray generator that generates an x-ray main beam including a first x-ray beam and a second x-ray beam, the first x-ray beam being directed to pass through the object.
