    摘要: A process cartridge comprises a photosensitive drum and a developing roller. A coupling member is provided adjacent to one axial end of the developing roller. The coupling member includes a driven portion, and an intermediary portion configured and positioned to engage with the driven portion. The intermediary portion is also configured to be movable relative to the driven portion in a direction crossing the axis of the developing roller while maintaining engagement with the driven portion. The coupling member further includes a driving portion configured and positioned to receive a driving force for rotating the developing roller. The driving portion is also configured to engage with the intermediary portion, and to be movable relative to the intermediary portion in a direction crossing the axis of the developing roller while maintaining engagement with the intermediary portion.

    摘要: A ball screw is provided in which an outer circumferential formation is formed at a portion facing a ball circulating passage out of outer circumferential surface of a nut. The ball screw includes: a screw shaft having on its outer circumferential surface a screw groove; a nut having on its inner circumferential surface a screw groove facing the screw groove; a plurality of balls rollably loaded in a spiral ball rolling passage formed by both screw grooves; and a ball circulating passage to return the balls from a start point to an end point of the ball rolling passage for recirculation. The ball circulating passage is a concaved groove formed by concaving a groove on a part of the cylindrical inner circumferential surface of the nut by plastic working. Then, a flange is integrally provided at a portion facing the ball circulating passage and the screw groove.

An electronic substrate device according to the present invention, in which a base member (10A) includes a central protruding portion (15A) which is accommodated in a penetrating portion (32A) while facing a die pad (42A) through an intermediation of a first gap (G1), and first separated protruding portions (17a and 17b) which are provided around the central protruding portion (15A) and have a height dimension smaller than that of the central protruding portion (15A), the first separated protruding portions (17a and 17b) having a top surface which abuts a rear surface portion of the electronic substrate (30A) to form a second gap (G2), and in which a first heat transfer bond (16A) which is a heat conductive adhesive is applied to the first gap (G1) and the second gap (G2) communicating with the first gap (G1).

    摘要: Disclosed is a method of driving a plasma display panel. In this method, one field corresponding to one image is divided into a plurality of sub-fields, and at least one second sub-field is arranged after a first sub-field. In the first sub-field, the method comprises a first step of forming wall charges with negative polarity near the scanning electrode and forming wall charges with positive polarity near the common electrode and the data electrode; a second step of adjusting an amount of the wall charges with negative polarity near the scanning electrode and an amount of the wall charges with positive polarity near the common electrode and the data electrode; a third step of generating a writing discharge in a selected display cell of the display cells; a fourth step of generating light emission for display; and a fifth step of erasing a part of the wall charges in the display cell which emits light in the fourth step. In the second sub-field, the method comprises the same steps as the third, fourth and fifth steps. A potential difference between a scanning electrode and a common electrode in each of the fifth steps in the first and second sub-fields is set to be smaller than a potential difference between a scanning electrode and a common electrode in each of the third steps in the first and second sub-fields.

    摘要: A block film is formed on a region which includes a region of an insulating layer where a first hole is to be formed, and in which no second hole is to be formed, and a resist film having openings for forming the first and second holes is formed on the block film and insulating layer. Etching is performed by using the resist film as a mask, thereby forming the first hole in the block film and insulating layer, and the second hole in the insulating layer. The depth of the first hole from the upper surface of the insulating layer is smaller than that of the second hole, so the first hole does not reach the semiconductor substrate.
