    Abstract: An electrical connector includes an insulating housing, a terminal pack module, at least one propping element and a shielding shell. A front of the insulating housing defines a receiving space. At least one fastening groove is opened in an outer periphery of the insulating housing. A bottom of the fastening groove defines a fastening hole. A plurality of terminals is received in the insulating housing. The propping element is received in the corresponding fastening groove and has a base portion. An elastic portion is extended frontward from the base portion, and a contacting portion is protruded inward from a free end of the elastic portion for being inserted into the fastening hole to be exposed to the receiving space. A shielding shell encloses the insulating housing and the propping element. The shielding shell has at least one mouth corresponding to the fastening hole and the contacting portion.

    Abstract: An electrical connector is adapted for being mounted to a printed circuit board. The electrical connector includes a housing, a plurality of terminals, a shell and a bracket. A front edge of a periphery of the housing is protruded outward to form a flange. The terminals are received in the housing. The shell surrounds the housing. A front edge of the shell abuts against the flange. The bracket has a base board, and two opposite ends of the base board extends downward to form two blocking boards. Bottoms of the blocking boards extend outward to form two soldering boards. The base board of the bracket is mounted on the top board of the shell. The blocking boards are mounted on the two side boards. Front edges of the base board and the blocking boards of the bracket abut against the flange.

    Abstract: An electrical connector includes a housing defining a plurality of terminal-receiving passages therein and two passages at the opposite sides. The passages are open at the front end and close at the back end. A plurality of terminals is contained in the terminal-receiving passages and a pair of latches is received in the two passages respectively. A shelter having a top plate and a bottom plate encloses the housing. The opposite sides of the bottom plate extend a mount prong respectively. Each latch includes an arm, a latching section projecting at one end of the arm and a welding portion at the other end. The latching section projects out of the passage sidewards and the welding portion extends forwards beyond the passage for contacting with the mount prong of the shelter.

    Abstract: A receptacle connector includes a body, a cover assembled outside the body and a terminal module received in the body. The terminal module comprises a plurality of terminals and a pedestal. Each terminal defines a fixing portion. The fixing portion stretches sideward and forms a pair of locating projections. The pedestal further comprises an upper and a lower board. Both the upper and the lower board define a plurality of terminal channels and locating cavities. The fixing portion of the terminal is received in the terminal channel. The locating projection of the terminal is received and fixed in the locating cavity. The sides of the pedestal protrude sideward to form a pair of inserting portion. Accordingly, the body defines a receiving cavity to receive the terminal module. The body also defines a pair of receiving channels in sides of the receiving cavity for receiving the inserting portion of the pedestal.

    Abstract: A receptacle connector includes a body and a cover assembled outside the body. The body defines a receiving space and a pair of beams. The end of each beam stretches backward to form a guiding projection. The bottom of the guiding projection is a cambered surface. The cover is bent downward from the front portion to form a pair of elastic arms. The bottom portion of the elastic arm is bent forward to form a finger portion. While a plug connector is inserted into the receiving space of the receptacle connector, the elastic arms press against the pressing portion of the plug connector. When the plug connector is dragged accidentally, the elastic portion of the plug connector slides downward along the finger portion to the cambered surface of the guiding projections, and then slides out of the receiving space to set the plug and receptacle connector apart.
