Abstract: One of the purposes is to provide a pulse discharge power supply for use in generating pulse discharge. The pulse discharge power supply includes a pulse generation unit, a control circuit, an electric current detector and an electric current signal processing unit. The pulse generation unit generates a first pulse, and applies it to a discharge load for generating pulse discharge. The electric current detector detects an electric current flowing into the discharge load in accordance with the application of the pulse. The electric current signal processing unit outputs into the control circuit a signal based on an integration result of the electric current having been detected. The control circuit controls the generation of a second pulse in the pulse generation unit based on the signal being received.

Abstract: Provided are a rotary device for fluid power generation and a fluid power generation device that are capable of converting the kinetic energy of a fluid to an electric energy. By utilizing a longitudinal vortex as a driving force, a rotary body such as a cylinder as a high-strength and tough wing-shaped member can be rotated, and power can be efficiently generated in a wide range of flow rate without letting the longitudinal vortex disappear even if the flow rate changes in a wide range. This rotary device for power generation includes a rotary body 3; and a wake body 8 that is a distance away from the rotary body 3 toward the downstream side of a flow direction 10 of the fluid, and has at least one crossover section at which the wake body 8 intersects with the rotary body 3.

Abstract: A thermoelectric conversion element that can efficiently make a temperature difference across a thermoelectric conversion material is provided. In the thermoelectric conversion element, on a first surface of a thermoelectric conversion module comprising a P-type thermoelectric element, an N-type thermoelectric element, and an electrode, a thermally conductive resin layer A and a thermally conductive resin layer B having a lower thermal conductivity than the thermally conductive resin layer A are provided in an alternating manner so as to be in direct contact with the first surface, and on a second surface on the opposite side of the first surface of the thermoelectric conversion module, a thermally conductive resin layer a and a thermally conductive resin layer b having a lower thermal conductivity than the thermally conductive resin layer a are provided in an alternating manner so as to be in direct contact with the second surface.

Abstract: [Problem] To provide a motor protein device capable of efficiently transporting and detecting a target antibody.[Solution] A motor protein device of the present invention includes a collection region where a carrier molecule collects a target molecule using antigen-antibody reaction, and an unloading region where the target molecule is unloaded from the carrier molecule using chemical equilibrium. Further, the motor protein device includes a transport path provided between the collection region and the unloading region through which the carrier molecule can transport the target molecule, and an analysis portion which detects a change in concentration of the target molecule in the unloading region. The unloading region includes certain antibody having capture force higher than predetermined antibody being modified to the carrier molecule and the target molecule is concentrated in the unloading region. The carrier molecule includes actin obtained by modifying the predetermined antibody, and the transport path includes immobilized myosin.

Abstract: A power converter is provided for direct conversion of multi-phase AC power to AC power. The power converter includes a conversion circuit, a plurality of input lines and a plurality of capacitors.
