    摘要: A process for producing triarylphosphites of the formula (RO).sub.3 P, in which R represents aryl or aryl substituted by one or more straight-chain or branched-chain alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or aralkyl groups, by reaction of phosphorus trihalides with hydroxy-substituted aromatic compounds of the formula ROH in the presence of 0.005 to 10 mol %, relative to the hydroxy-substituted aromatic compound, of a catalyst, optionally in the presence of a solvent, in which process the catalyst used is a compound from the group comprising amines or ammonium salts, amides of carboxylic and thiocarboxylic acids and also of oxygen acids of phosphorus, non-aromatic nitrogen-containing heterocycles and salts thereof, guanidines, amidines and azomethines and also salts thereof, sulfones, sulfoxides and sulfonium salts, primary, secondary and tertiary phosphines and salts thereof, phosphine oxides, phosphine sulfides or esters of phosphoric acids.

    摘要: There is described a continuous process for producing 1,2-alkanediols of the formula ##STR1## in which R is an alkyl group having 3-6 carbon atoms, by reaction of a 1-alkene of the formulaR--CH.dbd.CH.sub.2in which R is as defined above, with formic acid and hydrogen peroxide, and subsequent saponification of the formed alkanediol monoformate, which process is performed in several consecutive reaction stages.The 1,2-alkanediols of the above formula obtainable by the process are intermediates for the production of pesticides.

    摘要: A process for the preparation of tris-(2,4-ditert-butylphenyl) phosphite from 2,4-ditert-butylphenol and phosphorus trichloride in the presence of catalysts, which comprises carrying out the reaction in an at least three-stage process in which the 2,4-ditert-butylphenol and 40-100% of the catalyst are combined in a preliminary stage and are brought together with the phosphorus trichloride in a first stage, these being allowed to react under normal pressure and at temperatures of 55.degree. to 70.degree. C. for a dwell time of 15 to 40 minutes, the reaction mixture is then reacted in a second stage under normal pressure and at temperatures of over 140.degree. C., remaining amounts of catalyst being added to the first and/or second reaction stage, the reaction mixture is then kept under reduced pressure at temperatures of at least 186.degree. C. in a third reaction stage, and the tris-(2,4-ditert-butylphenyl) phosphite is then isolated from the reaction mixture, the process being carried out in the absence of solvents.

    摘要: The invention relates to a novel process for the preparation of compounds of the formula I ##STR1## by polycondensation of a diol of the formula II ##STR2## with a dicarboxylic acid ester of the formula III ##STR3## In the above formulae, the substituents and symbols R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and n are as defined in claim 1.The process comprises stirring the reaction medium which contains an excess of 2 to 50 mol. %, based on the diol of formula II, of the dicarboxylic acid ester of the formula III, in the presence of at least 0.03 mol. % of a suitable catalyst, until the bulk of the alkanol of the formula R.sub.3 OH formed during the reaction is distilled off, under a pressure of 0.7 to 1.3 bar, and thereafter stirring under a pressure of less than 5 mbar, in the temperature range from 100.degree. to 170.degree. C., and subsequently working up the resultant melt in conventional manner.
