    摘要: The invention is related to a swash plate compressor in which the wear resistance and the lubricating ability of the surfaces of the swash plate which are in contact with the shoes can be enhanced and maintained for a long period of time. In the swash plate compressor, a soft surface coating 21 is formed on sliding surfaces of any of a swash plate or shoes and the coarseness at ten point mean roughness of the surface of the substrate is made to be 8 &mgr;mRz or less, and preferably 5 &mgr;mRz or less, and more preferably 3 &mgr;mRz or less. Even if the soft surface coating 21 is partially worn or exfoliated by a sliding load, since the temperature of the soft surface coating 21 is increased by frictional heat and the soft surface coating 21 is fluidized, the worn or exfoliated portions are repaired. The soft surface coating 21 is preferably composed of a coating layer containing molybdenum disulfide.

    摘要: A developing device having a container including a pair of side walls disposed with spacing, an entry port and a delivery port defined between the side walls, and a main wall extending between the entry port and the delivery port. A rotating shaft is rotatably mounted between the pair of side walls of the container, and agitator/conveyor means is mounted on the rotating shaft. A blind hole circular in cross section is formed at an inner surface of one of the side walls, and one end portion of the rotating shaft is rotatably inserted into the blind hole. At least one discharge groove is formed at an outer peripheral surface of the one end portion of the rotating shaft. The agitator/conveyor means is composed of a flexible agitating/conveying member extending from the rotating shaft in a radial direction of the rotating shaft. When the rotating shaft is rotationally driven, the agitating/conveying member moves a developer from a site near the entry port toward the delivery port while rubbing an inner surface of the main wall of the container.

    摘要: A multilayer interconnect configuration is formed on a semiconductor substrate where a semiconductor integrated circuit is provided. Each layer of the multilayer interconnect configuration has a plurality of pads. Except for the pads of the top layer, the area of the pads is reduced relative to the pads of the top layer. The pad area is reduced by forming a plurality of openings in the pads, or by forming a plurality of notches in the pads whereby the pads have a comb configuration. The capacitance can be significantly reduced by decreasing the area. The reduction of capacitance allows for significantly reducing the effect of a low-pass filter produced from the interconnect metal resistance and the pad capacitance, which slows down the circuit operation. Therefore the high-speed operation can avoid degradation.

    摘要: A circuit for discriminating a ‘Noisy’ state of an output of a squelch circuit is disclosed. A circuit for resolve the ‘Noisy’ state of the output of the squelch circuit is also disclosed which uses the output identification circuit. The output of the squelch circuit and a clear signal are input into a first AND gate. The output of the first AND gate is input into a first flip-flop. An inversed signal of the output of the first AND gate is input into a second flip-flop. The outputs of the first and second flip-flops are input into a discriminating unit including a second AND gate. The ‘Noisy’ state is identified by the output of the second AND gate. Based on the identification result, sensitivity of the squelch circuit is regulated.
