    Abstract: A heating insulation device for facial mask or adhesive film of the present invention includes a base, a cover and a heating device, The cover is pivotally connected on the base, and the heating device is installed in the base or in the cover. A typical wafer exposure mask contains a Clear Out Window (CLWD) pattern, this CLWD pattern is of no value during the process of shielding the area on the surface of the wafer where the alignment mark must be placed.
