Abstract:
The invention relates to a suspended control device (20) which is suspended by means of a control line (1, 24) connected to a unit to be controlled (21). Said suspended control device is especially a control switch or a suspended push-button switch for controlling hoisting equipment, the control line (1, 24) comprising electrical lines (2) for transmitting control signals, and a traction relief element (22) which is supported at the top, on the unit (21), and used to absorb weight and tractive forces. The aim of the invention is to provide a suspended control device (20) whereby the length of the control line (1, 24) can be easily changed. To this end, a storage element for receiving and releasing a defined length of the electrical lines (2) is provided behind the region wherein the traction relief element (22) is supported, seen in the direction of the unit (21) from the suspended control device (20).
Abstract:
A device for suspending a rail, such as a travel rail of an overhead conveyor or a hoisting machine, from a traversing gear or supporting structure includes a tension element secured by one end to the rail. A bolt passes through the tension element and is received by a fixing device that is secured to the rail. The tension element is at least partly recessed in the fixing device in the direction of suspension. In order to provide a secure device that has a long service life and a low structural height, the tension element is fastened to the bolt by a ball-shaped joint, such as a pivoting bearing.
Abstract:
A method for monitoring a chain pulley block and a chain pulley block apparatus with an electric actuator motor (2) that is connected at the drive side to a transmission (7) across a sliding clutch (14). In order to achieve a safe operation of the chain pulley block, the speed of the transmission (7) is determined via a sensor (18), the determined speed of the transmission (7) is compared in a control device (19) to the operating speed of the actuator motor (2) as determined from rated duty of the actuator motor (2) and if a deviation is found between the speed of the transmission (7) and the operating speed, allowing for tolerances and any transmission ratio of the transmission (7), the actuator motor (2) is switched off.
Abstract:
A winch including a casing for accommodating an electric motor, a gearbox and a roller for winding and unwinding a traction member. In order to provide a cost-effective flat winch which can be transported by a single person and used universally, in particular for the domestic sector, the casing has a box-like configuration to exhibit a shape and size of a suitcase or attaché case, with the casing having opposite flat outer sides, with one outer side having attached thereon a suspension member, and the other outer side being formed with an opening for passage of the traction member. The electric motor, the gearbox and the roller are arranged in the casing and extend in a common plane, with the casing including a handle to allow transport of the winch by a person. The electric motor may be designed as a universal motor, and connected via a belt drive to the gearbox which is designed as a self-locking worm drive.
Abstract:
A travelling mechanism for travelling rail having flange parts and web parts. The mechanism including rest running wheels located opposite to each other which can rest on the flange parts. The flange sides of the rail guide rollers are arranged parallel to web rest in front of and behind each running wheel on both sides. The guide rollers, like the running wheels, are rotatably mounted in lateral bars connected below the travelling rail. The lateral bars are spaced from each other and connected to each other by a connecting traverse. To create a travelling mechanism that is adjustable, whereby the running wheels always run relatively close to the web, the travelling mechanism be adjustable to different flange widths by the use of connecting traverses of different lengths. The spacing between the axes of the guide rollers is variable independently of the running.
Abstract:
A rope guide for a winch, especially for hoisting gear, with a winding drum which has rope grooves running in opposite directions, including guide means which are provided for the alignment of at least a pair of rope lines and connected with one another via coupling means so as to run in opposite directions. The guide means include guide elements and are drivable by the rope lines, which can be wound on or wound off the winding drum. To facilitate a gentle winding on and winding off of the rope in a compact constructional form which is robust, resistant to impact and maintenance-free, each guide element comprises a rope guide channel which is formed in a channel support and which has, in a first plane disposed at a right angle to the axis of rotation of the winding drum and in a second plane disposed parallel to the axis of rotation of the winding drum, an input contact portion, for a rope and an oppositely located output contact portion for the rope. The respective input and output contact portions are configured to guide the rope line tangentially as it is wound off and wound on the winding drum.
Abstract:
A measuring device including a substantially horizontal shaft having a longitudinal axis and a groove defined transverse thereto. The shaft is mounted with clearance in a substantially non-circular opening defined in the lateral supports of a supporting device, the clearance being provided at least in an area opposite the groove. A bearing pin is secured to the supporting device and partially engages the groove defined in the shaft, thereby axially and non-rotatably securing the shaft to the supporting device. A load measuring element is fixedly mounted to the supporting device and supports the end of the shaft longitudinally opposite the location of the groove. The load measuring element is preferably provided with wire strain gauges or microswitches, which permit simple measurement of the load. A pulley is rotatably supported by an annular pivot bearing for rotation about the shaft to transfer the load from the shaft to the bearing pin and load measuring element. Lateral support is provided to the supporting device by support plates which are attached by a spacer at their lower ends.
Abstract:
A travelling mechanism for hoisting equipment, especially for hoisting equipment which runs on monorail flange beams that have, along with straight sections, elevated and/or laterally curved sections. The travelling mechanism has side shield members located across from one another and on each of which at least one travelling wheel is mounted as are pairs of side guide rollers between which the travelling wheels are arranged. A travelling drive and curve travelling device, which travelling device can be positioned against the monorail flange beam by springs, are also connected to the travelling mechanism. The travelling device is provided on at least one side shield member as a rotatably-mounted sprung one-armed pivot lever on an end of which an auxiliary side guide roller is rotatably mounted.
Abstract:
A trolley, particularly a monorail trolley having a short structural height includes travel wheels which travel on a lower flange of a rail. The trolley further includes a lifting mechanism arranged on a support frame and a driveable friction wheel which can be pressed through a spring element against the lower flange of the rail. One of the travel wheels and the friction wheel are arranged on a rocker member for a load-dependent increase of the frictional engagement between the rail and the travel wheel and the friction wheel. As seen in travel direction, the friction wheel is spaced from the travel wheel. The rocker member is arranged laterally next to the lower flange and is connected to the support frame so as to be pivotable about an axis. Arranged between the support frame and the rocker member is an adjusting member for changing the distance between the axis and the lower flange. The friction wheel and the travel wheel are connected so as to be triable together.
Abstract:
An operating device is provided for manually actuating lifting devices. The device includes at least one switching element arranged in a switch housing, wherein the switching element includes a tappet, which protrudes from the switch housing. The tappet is guided in a sleeve and is covered by a covering element having a threaded ring. The sleeve protrudes outside through an opening in the switch housing, and is held in the switch housing through a threaded joint. The covering element is screwed to the sleeve in a detachable manner through the threaded ring of the covering element. Optionally, a tool is provided for installing the covering element.
