摘要： A method of manufacturing a conducting wire terminal includes the steps of: preparing a strip tube of a predetermined length; boring both ends of the strip tube separately, such that a body is formed between both ends of the strip tube and has a diameter smaller than both ends of the strip tube, and the copper sleeve is accommodated in the body; and compressing an intersection of both ends of the strip tube and the body, such that a circular tapered neck is formed at the intersection of both ends of the strip tube and the body, and a circular slanting guide surface is formed separately on opposite internal surface of each tapered neck of the strip tube.

摘要： A heat dissipating device includes a heat sink (50) for removing heat from an electronic device (90), and a plurality of adjusters (45) for adjusting distance and contact force between the electronic device and the heat sink. The heat sink defines a plurality of receiving holes (62) for receiving respective adjusters, and a plurality of communicating through holes (66) whose diameters are smaller than those of the receiving holes. A shoulder (64) of the heat sink is formed where each receiving hole communicates with each through hole. Each adjuster comprises a connecting shaft (42), a lock screw (46) with a head (464), and a spring (44). The lock screw threadedly engages with the connecting shaft, and the spring is secured between the shoulder of the heat sink and the head.

摘要： A camera module includes an image sensor, a lens module and a circuit board. The lens module is disposed at an object side of the image sensor and has a plurality of electrical connection points thereon. The circuit board includes a main body and a bent portion electrically connecting with the main body. The image sensor is mounted on the main body and received between the lens module and the main body. The bent portion extends from a side surface of the main body and a plurality of electrical connection points is formed on the bent portion corresponding to the electrical connection points of the lens module. The electrical connection points of the bent portion are configured for connecting with the electrical connection points of the lens module to supply power to the lens module.

摘要： A system for testing a camera module is provided. The system includes a computer and a testing fixture. The testing fixture is connected with the computer. The testing fixture is configured for holding the camera module, converting an image of an image testing chart obtained by the camera module into a computer-recognizable format, and transmitting the converted image to the computer. The computer includes: an area dividing module, an image testing module, and a judging module. The area dividing module is configured for dividing the image into several testing areas. The image testing module is configured for computing values of test factors of the testing areas. The comparison module is configured for determining whether the test factors are satisfactory through comparing the values of the test factors with respective predetermined values. A related method for testing a camera module is also provided.
