The voltage regulating apparatus comprises a reference voltage generator including an MOSFET array comprising a plurality of MOSFETs with a structure in which a drain and a source are connected in series with each other, a supply voltage is applied to the drain of the MOSFET located in an end of the MOSFET array and the source of the MOSFET located in another end is grounded, and the reference voltage is a voltage obtained by dividing by the plurality of MOSFETs of the MOSFET array at a predetermined ratio.

摘要: There are a touch input sensing device and a touch input sensing method. The touch input sensing device includes: a plurality of sensing electrodes; and a controller obtaining sensing signals generated from the plurality of sensing electrodes through a plurality of sensing channels electrically connected to the plurality of sensing electrodes, wherein the controller calculates a difference value between the sensing signals obtained from the plurality of sensing channels connected to the mutually adjacent sensing electrodes among the plurality of sensing electrodes to determine a touch input. A weighting value is assigned to a difference value between sensing signals obtained from mutually adjacent sensing electrodes, based on which the coordinates, or the like, of a touch input are determined, thus significantly reducing the influence of noise and accurately determining a touch input.

摘要: There are provided a touch sensing apparatus and a touch sensing method. The touch sensing apparatus includes: a panel unit provided with a plurality of electrodes; a sensing circuit unit detecting variations in capacitance in the plurality of electrodes; and a calculating unit determining a touch from the variations in capacitance, wherein the calculating unit applies different parameters for determining the touch to the plurality of individual electrodes. The parameters such as an integration time, a digital signal conversion time, and a driving signal application time are set differently according to positions in which the variations in capacitance are detected, driving efficiency may be improved and power consumption may be significantly reduced.

摘要: There is provided a capacitance sensing apparatus including: a driving circuit unit sequentially applying a driving signal to each of a plurality of first electrodes; a sensing circuit unit including a first integrating circuit detecting a first change in capacitance generated in a plurality of second electrodes by the driving signal and a second integrating circuit connected to another first electrode adjacent to the first electrode to which the driving signal is applied; and an operating unit connected to the sensing circuit unit to determine a touch input, wherein the second integrating circuit detects a second change in capacitance generated due to noise in the another first electrode, and the operating unit determines the touch input based on the first and second changes in capacitance.

摘要: There are provided a touch sensing apparatus and an operating method thereof. The touch sensing apparatus includes: a panel unit including a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes, the first and second electrodes intersecting each other; a circuit unit applying first driving signals to the first electrodes and detecting sensed signals from the second electrodes; and a control unit controlling an operation of the circuit unit, wherein the control unit controls the circuit unit to simultaneously apply the first driving signals to the first electrodes during a first duration corresponding to a sleep mode and detect first sensed signals from the second electrodes, and determines whether a valid touch has occurred during the first duration to determine whether to cancel the sleep mode.
