A ventilated toilet apparatus includes a toilet seat assembly, a pivot, a hinge assembly. The toilet seat assembly comprises a number of intake apertures, air passageways, and an exhaust conduit. The pivot is a hollow tube having a plurality of apertures in the middle section. The hinge assembly comprises a receptive opening and an axial post. The receptive opening receives the pivot, which is firmly attached to the toilet seat assembly. The axial post allows an airflow communication between the toilet seat assembly and the suction device. The toilet seat assembly, pivot, and hinge assembly are disposed in communication with a suction device to eliminate foul air. Addition of a heating unit to a toilet seat body provides a dual function apparatus which can be warmed to several temperature settings. Incorporation of ventilation and warm seat functions in a single unit would provide the bathroom users maximum comfort and enjoyment.

The present invention is in the area of novel compounds and salts thereof, their syntheses, and their use as anti-cancer agents. The compounds include compounds of Formula I: and solvates, hydrates and pharmaceutically-acceptable salts thereof, wherein A1 is N or CR1; A3 is N or CR3; A5 is N or CR5; R1, R3—R6 and L are defined in the specification; n is 0 or 1; and X is an optionally-substituted aryl group having 6-10 carbons in the ring portion, an optionally-substituted 6-membered heteroaryl group having 1-3 nitrogen atoms in the ring portion, an optionally-substituted 5-membered heteroaryl group having 0-4 nitrogen atoms in the ring portion and optionally having 1 sulfur atom or 1 oxygen atom in the ring portion, or an optionally-substituted heteroaryl group in which a 6-membered ring is fused either to a 5-membered ring or to a 6-membered ring, wherein in each case 1, 2, 3 or 4 ring atoms are heteroatoms independently selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur. They are effective against a broad range of cancers, especially leukemia, non-small cell lung and colon.

The present invention is directed to a compound having the formula wherein R1, R2, G, and Q are defined herein. The compounds of the present invention are useful as inhibitors of protein kinases such as MAP kinases, in particular p38 kinases. The present invention is also directed to compositions comprising a compound according to the above formula. The compounds and compositions described herein are useful for treating and preventing an inflammatory condition or disease. The present invention is also directed to a method of treating or preventing a protein kinase-mediated condition.

Interactions with the graphics application (20) performed by either the local terminal (16) or the remote client terminal (14) are viewable by the other terminal. Interactions with the graphics application (20) by either the local terminal (16) or the remote client terminal (14) that does not have the input control are blocked.

A discharge device connected to an exhaust tube for discharging out fumes of a cooking chamber comprises a water reservoir, a cooling container, and a gasket. A water reservoir is provided with a water supply plug on an upper side of a body in which a space is formed to receive water. A cooling container has a body with an open upper part through which accommodates the water reservoir and a space to receive water in the lower part. An inlet pipe is formed at one side of the cooling container, and it is connected to the exhaust tube through which the fumes flows. A gasket is formed at an upper opening of the sidewalls of the cooling container for sealing a gap with the water reservoir. A number of partition walls are installed in vertical direction at the bottom of the cooling container. The fumes entering the inlet pipe are reduced in multiple stages, firstly cooled by the water reservoir while moving through a multitude of gaps and adhering to the surface, and secondly cooled and precipitated by the water in the cooling container.

The cooking container lid having pyrolysis function comprises a lid body having an opening at the center and adapted to cover the upper part of a cooking container, a junction covering the opening of the lid body and attached to the lid body, a pyrolysis unit located at the bottom side of the junction and adapted to pyrolyze the fumes from cooking as well as to warm the food by radiating its heat towards the cooking container, a convection fan located at the junction and adapted to circulate air around the pyrolysis unit to force the heat effectively transferred to the food, a mesh cover attached to the junction to enclose the pyrolysis unit and the convection fan, an exhaust tube for connecting fluid communication with the pyrolysis unit and adapted to venting the steam and gas from the pyrolysis unit to the outside of the cooking container. The cooking container lid can keep the user safe by removing harmful fumes as soon as they are generated during cooking.
