Abstract: A manufacturing method of a laminated sheet having a printed layer includes, given that a table that associates density data of a specific area included in image data with a burnup degree of the printed layer corresponding to the specific area at printing based on the image data is an image-burnup degree conversion table, identifying the image-burnup degree conversion table that satisfies a printing condition for the laminated sheet, acquiring printed image data that is image data for forming the printed layer of the laminated sheet, and calculating the burnup degree of the printed layer based on the image-burnup degree conversion table and the printed image data. Also disclosed is a laminated sheet having a printed layer, a system for manufacturing the laminated sheet, and a program for manufacturing the laminated sheet.

Abstract: A construction member of one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a decorative film and a pre-mask: that is laminated to the decorative film and removed alter application of the decorative film is described. The decorative film includes: a transparent resin film having, an embossed first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface; a printed layer disposed on the second surface of the transparent resin: film; and a colored adhesive layer disposed on or above the printed layer. The pre-mask includes: a support film having a first surface and a second, surface opposite: the first surface; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that has an uneven surface and: is disposed on the first, surface of the support film. The first surface of the transparent resin film of the decorative film and the uneven surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the pre-mask face each other.

Solution means A film of an embodiment is a film including a surface layer embossed, wherein the surface layer includes a low gloss layer and a gloss printed pattern partially covering the low gloss layer, (1) 85-degree surface glossiness of the surface layer is less than or equal to 3.5 GU as an in-plane average value; (2) Δ85-degree surface glossiness defined by a difference between an in-plane maximum value of the 85-degree surface glossiness and the in-plane average value of the 85-degree surface glossiness of the surface layer (= in-plane maximum value of 85-degree surface glossiness - in-plane average value of 85-degree surface glossiness) is from 0.2 to 2.5, and (3) surface roughness Ra of an embossed surface of the film is greater than or equal to 3.5 µm.

The method involves a first UV curing step and a second UV curing step and the laminated film includes a transparent film layer, a UV curable ink layer, and an adhesive layer. Abstract: An inkjet printing method forming a decorative printed layer having a three-dimensional texture on a printing surface is described. The inkjet printing method includes: printing dots of curable ink that cure under a predetermined condition based on dot pattern data indicative of printed positions of the dots to be printed on the printing surface; and curing the printed dots. The dot pattern data indicates that: a distance between the adjacent dots becomes a distance where the adjacent dots before the curing are allowed to be maintained independently without bonding to one another in a first region; and the distance between the adjacent dots becomes a distance where the adjacent dots before the curing bond to one another in a second region different from the first region. Such a method may allow forming a decorative printed layer having a three-dimensional texture with a desired gloss level.
