摘要: The invention relates to a method of bonding together surfaces of two or more elements, whereby at least one of the two or more elements is a mineral wool element, said mineral wool element(s) being bound by a mineral wool binder, the method comprising the steps of providing two or more elements; applying an adhesive to one or more of the surfaces to be bonded together before, during or after contacting the surfaces to be bonded together with each other; curing the adhesive, wherein the adhesive comprises at least one protein; at least one phenol and/or quinone containing compound, and/or at least one enzyme.

摘要: This specification generally relates to aqueous compositions for preparing UV stable fire-resistant interlayers. It also relates to UV stable fire-resistant glazing laminates comprising such interlayers, the use of such glazing laminates in construction, and constructions comprising such glazings. An example aqueous composition comprises a mixed alkali metal silicate of general formula SiO2·M2O, where M is K or Na, and other organic and inorganic additives. Glazings with interlayers made with such aqueous compositions are simple to prepare and demonstrate good UV stability and fire-protection properties.

摘要: A method of attaching a detector onto a substrate that has an array of electrically conducting pads is provided, together with the resulting detector assembly. The method includes pouring a non-conductive adhesive material over a substrate surface, allowing the adhesive to settle between the conducting pads to form dams around the conducting pads, applying a conductive adhesive material onto the conducting pads of the substrate, and placing a surface of the detector on the substrate surface over the conducting and non-conducting adhesives to thereby attach the surface of the detector to the surface of the substrate.

摘要: A production method for a laminate of a fluorosilicone rubber and a silicone rubber is provided. The production method comprises the following steps: (1) curing a fluorosilicone rubber composition comprising: (A) an organopolysiloxane having alkenyl groups and fluoroalkyl groups, (B) an organopolysiloxane having silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms and fluoroalkyl groups, and (C) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst; (2) laminating a silicone rubber composition comprising: (D) an organopolysiloxane having alkenyl groups and not having fluoroalkyl groups, and (E) an organic peroxide on a surface of a fluorosilicone rubber produced in step (1) above; and (3) curing a silicone rubber composition layer in a laminate produced in step (2) above. A laminate in which a fluorosilicone rubber layer and a silicone rubber layer are adhered well using a hydrosilylation reaction curable fluorosilicone rubber composition is produced.

A peripheral region of the second major surface has a second area smaller than the first area. The adhesive layer is disposed between the peripheral region of the first major surface and the peripheral region of the second major surface. The adhesive layer is a frame-shaped and elastic colloid. The adhesive layer, the cover plate assembly, and the frameless display panel assembly together form a closed space after being pressed together, and the closed space has a spacing smaller than 200 microns.

摘要: An elastomeric laminate material having resolution and image clarity includes an underlying ink graphic fabric material which is receptive to a SEBS like material, the underlying ink graphic fabric material layer having an image thereon having interstitial areas residing in the fabric and a SEBS like transparent polymeric material which is formed as a layer on the fabric layer and penetrating the interstitial areas in a manner to substantially remove all air therefrom and which is compressed and consolidated bonded to the ink graphic layer to form a substantially uniform laminate configuration and retain a transparent and elastic cushion characteristic through the exterior polymeric film layer enabling resolution and clarity of the image, wherein the exterior polymeric film layer imparts a nonslip tactile surface to the laminate.

摘要: An acrylic resin film is provided that may include graft copolymer particles (A) with a multilayer structure and graft copolymer particles (B) with a multilayer structure, wherein the graft copolymer particles (A) may have an average particle size in the range of 20 to 150 nm, the graft copolymer particles (B) may have a larger average particle size than the graft copolymer particles (A). The graft copolymer particles (A) may include a cross-linked elastomer (A1) and a graft polymer layer (A2), the graft polymer layer (A2) being closer to a surface layer than the cross-linked elastomer (A1). Further, a constituent unit may be derived from an acrylate with an alkyl ester moiety having two or more carbon atoms constitutes 8% or less by mass of the graft polymer layer (A2), the graft copolymer particles (B) may contain a cross-linked elastomer (B1).
