摘要： Apparatus is provided for on-line monitoring of objects such as cassettes and similar devices used for handling semiconductor wafers to determine whether the objects remain within relevant dimensional tolerances during wafer processing. The apparatus includes a high resolution digital camera for photographing an object to provide digital images to be used to determine whether relevant dimensions of the object are within tolerance limits, and a computer for storing images of the object taken by the camera and for analyzing the images to determine whether relevant dimensions of the object are still within tolerance limits. The camera and computer operate together in accordance with a method further provided by the invention.

摘要： Heat-sensitive color transfer ribbon comprising a foundation having at least three nonoverlapped heat-sensitive transfer ink layers of yellow, magenta and cyan colors on one side thereof and designed for use in thermal color recording system in which the ribbon transfers respective color ink layers to a copy sheet in response to respective color signals given to a thermal recording machine. The transfer ink layers of yellow, magenta and cyan colors contain respective transparent or semitransparent color agents, and a multi-color image closely resembling a color original is prepared on the copy sheet by overlap of colors.

摘要： In order to safely transport a building material to its mounting area of a building body and to temporarily hold the same until it is firmly mounted on the mounting area on the building site, according to the present invention, there is provided, an apparatus for transporting/mounting a building material including a self-propelled vehicle body provided with a steering/driving device, the vehicle body assuming a substantially L-shaped form constructed of an upright main body and a pair of lower frames which are parallelly spaced apart from each other and horizontally extend from opposite sides of a lower portion of the main body; an elevator unit movably mounted on a vertical side portion of the main body so as to be vertically movable along the vertical side portion of the main body; a first frame horizontally extending forward from a vertical side of the elevator unit, the first frame having its base end mounted on the elevator unit so as to be horizontally movable in a horizontal plane; a second frame slidably mounted in the first frame so as to be extended therefrom and retracted therein in a longitudinal direction of the first frame; and a support for supporting a building material, the support being so mounted on a front end of the second frame as to be vertically swingable and as to be rotatable on an axis perpendicular to a plane of the building material having been supported by the support.
