Abstract: A display assembly, a method for operating a display assembly and a display are provided. The display assembly includes a hotkey controller and a display. The hotkey controller includes a switching key and a plurality of control keys. The switching key is used for switching between an on-screen display mode and a computer hotkey mode. When the hotkey controller is in the on-screen display mode and one or more of the control keys are pressed, a screen adjustment command is generated; when the hotkey controller is in the computer hotkey mode and one or more of the control keys are pressed, a computer hotkey command is generated. The display includes a judgment unit, a screen adjustment unit, an instruction processing unit, and a data transmission unit. The instruction processing unit converts the computer hotkey command into a human interface device command for performing a hotkey operation on the computer.

Abstract: A data authorization controlling and matching system includes a receiver, a plurality of display devices, and at least one transmitter. The receiver is used for receiving an image signal. The plurality of display devices are coupled to the receiver for displaying the image signal. The at least one transmitter is coupled to the receiver for outputting the image signal. After a member list saved in the receiver is configured, a data link between the receiver and the at least one transmitter is established. Hardware information of the at least one transmitter is saved in the receiver. The receiver automatically identifies the at least one transmitter according to the hardware information of the at least one transmitter. After the at least one transmitter is identified, the receiver sets authorization information of the at least one transmitter.

Abstract: A video conferencing system is disclosed. The video conferencing system includes a transmitter and a receiver. When the transmitter is coupled to a port of an information processing apparatus, the transmitter communicates with the information processing apparatus to determine whether the port of the information processing apparatus has video output function. When the above determination result is no, the transmitter emits a wireless signal. The transmitter is coupled to a display apparatus and used to receive the wireless signal and provide a default warning message to the display apparatus.

Abstract: A conference system with low standby power consumption includes a transmitter, an image data source, a receiver, and a display device. The transmitter includes a battery for providing power, at least one link port for accessing data, and a processor coupled to the battery and the at least one link port. The image data source is used for transmitting the image data to the transmitter. The receiver is linked to the transmitter for receiving the image data. The display device is linked to the receiver for displaying the image data. When the transmitter and the image data source are electrically coupled, the processor ceases to use the battery of the transmitter and controls the image data source for providing power to the transmitter. When the transmitter and the image data source are separated, the processor uses the battery of the transmitter for driving firmware of the transmitter.
