Abstract: Embodiments of the invention disclose an acoustic wave touch device and an electronic apparatus, which belong to the field of communication and display. The device comprises an acoustic wave touch module and at least one airflow generating module. The acoustic wave touch module comprises a guard plate having at least one through hole. The airflow generating module is arranged at a position to which each through hole corresponds. The acoustic wave touch module is used for generating an acoustic wave that propagates along the surface of the guard plate or passes through the guard plate, and controlling all or part of the at least one airflow generation module to generate airflow that blows to the user's finger via the through hole of the guard plate when it is detected based on the acoustic wave that a user's finger touches the guard plate.

Abstract: A device for generating electricity by friction and a manufacturing method thereof. The device comprises a first substrate and a second substrate arranged oppositely, and a plurality of elastic columns arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate to support them. A surface of the first substrate facing the second substrate is provided with a first conductive electrode and an insulating polymeric membrane layer which are stacked. A surface of the second substrate facing the first substrate is provided with a second conductive electrode. At least one surface of the two opposite surfaces of the second conductive electrode and the insulating polymeric membrane layer is formed into a surface with a concave-convex structure. The friction area between the second conductive electrode and the insulating polymeric membrane layer can be increased upon relative movement between the first substrate and the second substrate.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of sensor manufacturing technology, particularly discloses a method for manufacturing a micro-sensor body, comprising the steps of S1: applying a wet colloidal material on a substrate to form a colloidal layer, and covering a layer of one-dimensional nanowire film on the surface of the colloidal layer to form a sensor embryo; S2: drying the colloidal layer of the sensor embryo to an extent that the colloidal layer cracks into a plurality of colloidal islands, a portion of the one-dimensional nanowire film contracting into a contraction diaphragm adhered to the surface of the colloidal islands while the other portion of the one-dimensional nanowire film being stretched into a connection structure connected between the adjacent contraction diaphragms. By the method for manufacturing a micro-sensor body of the present disclosure, the contraction diaphragms and connection structures formed by stretching the one-dimensional nanowire film are connected stably, which enhances the stability of the sensor devices; and the cracking manner renders it easy to obtain a large-scale of sensor bodies with connection structure arrays in stable suspension.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an eye-controlled apparatus, an eye-controlled method and an eye-controlled system. The eye-controlled apparatus includes a fixation point acquisition unit, a human eye action detection unit and a control signal generation unit. The fixation point acquisition unit is configured to acquire position information about the fixation point of human eyes on a device to be operated. The human eye action detection unit is configured to detect whether the human eyes take a pre-set action, and control the fixation point acquisition unit to transmit current position information about the fixation point of the human eyes on the device to be operated to the control signal generation unit when detecting the preset action taken by the human eyes. The control signal generation unit is configured to generate, based on a pre-stored position control correspondence table corresponding to the device to be operated, a control signal corresponding to the current position information about the fixation point of the human eyes on the device to be operated, and transmit the control signal to the device to be operated so as to control the device to be operated to execute a corresponding operation. The eye-controlled apparatus, the eye-controlled method and the eye-controlled system may effectively control the device to be operated using human eyes.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a triboelectrification device and a display device. The triboelectrification device includes at least one layered electricity generating assembly that is stacked, the at least one layered electricity generating assembly each comprising an electrode layer, an insulating layer, a metal layer and an elastomer; the electrode layer, the insulating layer, and the metal layer are arranged in sequence from above downwards, the elastomer is disposed between the electrode layer and the metal layer and is located at at least one side of the insulating layer. The electrode layer and the insulating layer are brought into contact with each other to be rubbed against each other by applying a pressure to the electrode layer, and the electrode layer and the insulating layer can be separated from each other by springing back of the elastomer, such that the electrode layer and the insulating layer are repeatedly brought into contact with each other to be rubbed against each other time after time, thereby continually generating positive and negative charges on the metal layer and the electrode layer respectively and thus achieving usage of electric energy into which energy generated by friction is converted.
