    摘要: Provided is a method for setting a security channel between an OLT and at least one ONU in an EPON. In detail, a channel is generated by which the OLT makes a reciprocal security capability agreement with the ONU that wants to set a security channel in a discovery interval and then automatically registers the ONU with the security capability agreement. The security channel is set by which the OLT distributes an encryption key for the security with the ONU completed with the security capability agreement. A renewal point of the encryption key is shared by transmitting a message indicative of a time to change the encryption key between the OLT and the ONU both completed with the encryption key distribution.

    摘要: Provided are method and apparatus for dynamically allocating unlink bandwidth in Ethernet PON. In the method and apparatus, report value, which are received for each logical link identifications (LLID), is controlled to be less than a maximum gate value set for each LLID in sequence for all of LLIDs without a predetermined interval. A gate having a length corresponding to the restricted report value is generated. LLIDs are grouped into classes and processing is done class by class. For each class processing, if maximum processing time is reached or maximum total allocation is reached, the processing is switched to a lower class. Also each class processing, if any higher class has its maximum yield processing time or maximum yield allocated gate reached, the processing is switched to that higher class.

The cylindrical battery according to the present invention is constructed such that the upper end of the crimp region of the cylindrical container is continuously bent twice in a predetermined condition. Consequently, when external physical impacts, such as vibration or dropping, are applied to the battery, and when the internal pressure of the battery increases, the sealed portions are restrained from being separated from each other, thereby preventing the leakage of an electrolyte and thus greatly improving the safety of the battery. Furthermore, it is possible to minimize the deformation of the container, such as wrinkles, which may be formed due to failure to form the bent area gently when bending the front end of the crimp region with a small radius of curvature.

The wavelength splitter splits the downstream signals from the base station terminal to subscriber ports corresponding to wavelengths and multiplexes the optical signals received from each of the subscriber ports to the base station terminal. The subscriber terminal optical transceiver receives the downstream signals from the wavelength splitter and reuses the received downstream signals as optical sources for upstream signals.
