摘要： The illustrative embodiments provide a computer implemented method and system for recovering an incomplete, online form. A browser receives a document and determines whether the document is a first form. Responsive to the document being a first form, the browser initiates a handler to recognize a form exit event. Responsive to recognizing an occurrence of the form exit event, the browser saves the first form and data entered into the first form on a storage device to form at least one saved form. Responsive to opening the browser after the first form and the data entered into the first form have been saved, the browser retrieves the at least one saved form from the storage device. The browser populates the fields of a second form using the data from the at least one saved form. The second form is a blank copy of the at least one saved form.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a method and system for altering an administrator of a multi-way call during the multi-way call connection and transferring the associated charges from one administrator to another. After a multi-way call connection is established from the originating party to many participating parties, the originating party may be given an opportunity to shift an administrator role to one of the participating parties. The participating party designated to be a new administrator may accept or refuse the request from the originating party. Once the participating party accepts the new administrator role, the subsequent charges may be transferred to the participating party and the originating party may be able to continue in or to drop out from the multi-way call without further responsibility of charges.

摘要： A method, program and apparatus for providing access to alternate images in an electronic document are provided. The present invention comprises identifying an initial image to be displayed in an electronic document (typically a web page) and then determining if alternate versions of the image are available for display. If alternate versions of the image are available, they are provided within the same electronic document. The alternate images differ from the initial image in size and resolution, allowing users with visual impairments to access larger, higher resolution images. The user accesses the alternate images by means of a selector displayed within the electronic document. When selected, the alternate image replaces the initial image in the electronic document, and the document is reformatted.

The apparatus and method make use of a location system to ascertain the current location of a mobile telephone being carried by a user. Based on the current location, the apparatus and method determine whether operation of the mobile telephone to receive and/or send calls should be restricted. In addition, the apparatus and method determine an appropriate outgoing message to be provided to calling parties while the mobile telephone is located in an area where use of the mobile telephone to receive calls is prohibited. The particular outgoing message provided is customized to the current location of the mobile telephone and optionally, the caller ID of the calling party.

摘要： An e-mail server is configured so that when an e-mail having an attachment is received at the server, a web-based URL is included in the e-mail to identify a fulfillment site at which a handler (e.g., a plug-in) for the attachment may be obtained. The e-mail is delivered to a client machine. When the user of the machine selects the attachment to open, the e-mail application checks to determine if there is a registered handler in the client machine to handle the attachment. If there is no installed attachment handler (or if the handler is not available), the e-mail application automatically contacts the fulfillment site by opening a browser (or other viewer) to the URL that was included with the e-mail. When the user enters the required data, the fulfillment site sends the attachment handler. Upon receipt, the plug-in self-installs and opens the attachment in a seamless manner.
