The present invention provides a method for notifying Multicast Broadcast Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) subframe configuration, which comprises the following steps: a first node sends its MBSFN subframe configuration, via an X2 interface, to a second node with which the first node is connected; the first node receives the MBSFN subframe configuration of the second node as a feedback. According to the invention, a serving cell can obtain the MBSFN subframe configurations of the neighboring cells and/or RNs, so that rational utilization of resources is achieved according to the configurations. Therefore, interference between cells is reduced, and system capacity and efficiency are improved.

A method and apparatus for transferring bearing in a layered network are disclosed in the embodiments of the present application, which relate to wireless communications field and are used to avoid failure when transferring bearing in user layer so as to improve communications quality of users. In the present application, after judging the need for transferring a Data Wireless Bearing DRB of a terminal to a Closed Subscriber Group CSG Local eNB, a Macro eNB determines whether to allow the terminal to access the CSG Local eNB and initiates a bearing transferring process to the CSG Local eNB if so. The CSG Local eNB accepts a bearing transferring request carrying CSG member status information of the terminal sent by the Macro eNB and implements accessing control for the separated bearing of the terminal according to the CSG member status information. Thus it can be seen said problems can be avoided.

Disclosed are a system message notification and sending method and apparatus. The method comprises: a CU determines system message relevant information; and the CU sends the system message relevant information to a DU. The DU receives the system message relevant information sent by the CU; and the DU notifies a terminal of the information. The present application provides an access control and system message processing solution under a CU-DU architecture, and a CU can provide sufficient auxiliary information to a DU, and thus the DU can generate suitable system information according to same. The two coordinate to provide a service to a UE, and the system efficiency is improved and a good user experience is ensured.

During the handover, a source base station transmits a handover request message carrying a QoS flow-based QoS parameter and/or a RB-based QoS parameter to a target base station. The target base station performs the admission control in accordance with the QoS flow-based QoS parameter or the RB-based QoS parameter, and transmits back to the source base station a handover request response message including information of a QoS flow or RB admitted successfully or unsuccessfully. The target base station performs, in accordance with the received information of the QoS flow, a convergence operation on the QoS flows which have a same QoS requirement, and generates a convergence mapping relationship from the QoS flows to the RBs and a corresponding RB configuration parameter. In addition, the target base station transmits the information of the QoS flow having been admitted to a core network.

Disclosed are a UE configuration method, network side device and system for proximity awareness in the present invention, which are used to achieve the function of obtaining the service information by proximity awareness between terminals in a cellular communication system. The network side device configures the service ID of each service type to be sent by the transmission UE and the temporary device ID, and the network side device configures the service ID filtering template for the receiving UE according to the service types to be received by the receiving UE, and thus the configured transmission UE and the receiving UE can obtain the service information by proximity awareness.
