    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a method, a device and a system for transmitting a data packet, which are used to resolve the problem existing in the prior art that an LTE network structure causes a signaling burden on a backhaul between a radio access network and a core network and causes a transmission delay on the backhaul. In the embodiments of the present application, a control point sends a data packet that is from at least one base station to an access network gateway or a core network gateway; and a data packet that is from the access network gateway or the core network gateway is sent to the at least one base station, the control point being a connection control point of a terminal and a mobility control point of the terminal. In the embodiments of the present invention, a control plane signaling process of a core network of a new network architecture is greatly simplified; therefore, the control delay and traffic pressure on a Backhaul between an access network and a core network are reduced. Under the control of a control point, a transmission mode is flexibly selected at an access network side, so that requirements of different services on aspects of the delay and reliability can be met.

    Abstract: During the handover, a source base station transmits a handover request message carrying a QoS flow-based QoS parameter and/or a RB-based QoS parameter to a target base station. The target base station performs the admission control in accordance with the QoS flow-based QoS parameter or the RB-based QoS parameter, and transmits back to the source base station a handover request response message including information of a QoS flow or RB admitted successfully or unsuccessfully. The target base station performs, in accordance with the received information of the QoS flow, a convergence operation on the QoS flows which have a same QoS requirement, and generates a convergence mapping relationship from the QoS flows to the RBs and a corresponding RB configuration parameter. In addition, the target base station transmits the information of the QoS flow having been admitted to a core network.

    Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of wireless communications, and particularly to a method and device for transmitting downlink data, so as to solve the problems of bringing about great signaling burden and waiting delay in the case where data transmission solution is performed with regard to burst small data packet transmission existing in the prior art. In the embodiments of the present invention, after receiving a first type data packet from an SGW, a base station sends a paging message carrying a terminal identifier in the first type data packet; and after a terminal performs random access, a second type data packet obtained by de-encapsulating the first type data packet is sent to the terminal. The embodiments of the present invention can avoid control plane time delay and air interface signalling load brought by switching from an idle state to a connection state after data arrives, and greatly reduce the overhead of connection maintenance brought due to no data transmitting for a long time after a terminal enters a connection state. Thus, the performance of an existing cellular system for transmitting downlink burst small data is improved.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method, system and device for data transmission in the access point handover process, which is used to solve the problem existing in the prior art that interrupt delay of data plane will be increased when the access point handover is carried out in the case of heterogeneous network. The method of the embodiment of the present invention comprises: a user equipment determines that in the case that Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection remains the same, all or part of the Data Radio Bearers (DRBs) reconfigured from one cell to another cell is needed; the user equipment, in the access point handover process, transmits data through the original DRB, and the original DRB is the last used DRB before the data plane access point handover. The user equipment, during the access point handover process, transmits data through the original DRB, thereby reducing the interrupt delay of the data plane when the access point handover is carried out in the case of heterogeneous network, and further improving the handover efficiency and shortening the data transmission time.
