Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module, including a first battery cell arrangement structure, a second battery cell arrangement structure and a bus bar array. With battery cells stacked in a horizontal direction, a first battery cell arrangement structure and a second battery cell arrangement structure are stacked in a vertical direction, and a first bus bar of a bus bar array is used to sequentially connect the battery cells of the first battery cell arrangement structure and the second battery cell arrangement structure. As a result, a total positive electrode and a total negative electrode of a battery module are located at two ends of the battery module, which greatly reduces the possibility of a short circuit of the battery module and improves the safety of the battery module.

Abstract: The present application discloses a battery pack, comprising a first battery module, a second battery module, a housing and a fireproof member. The first battery module includes a plurality of battery cells which are provided with vents; the second battery module includes a plurality of battery cells which are provided with vents. Both the first battery module and the second battery module are arranged in the housing; the fireproof member is vertically disposed and located between the vents of the first battery module, where the vents of the first battery module and the vents of the second battery module both face the fireproof member. The battery pack prevents collective thermal runaway of the battery cells by using the fireproof member to separate the battery cells of the first battery modules and the battery cells of the second battery modules.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a battery pack, which includes a plurality of batteries and a box, the plurality of batteries accommodated in the box; each battery including an explosion-proof valve; the box including a lower box for supporting the batteries and an upper box matching the lower box, wherein the upper box includes an upper plate and a lower plate, the upper plate covers the lower plate to form an accommodating space for accommodating a fire extinguishing agent; the explosion-proof valve of each battery faces the lower plate of the upper box, and the lower plate is set to be able to discharge the fire extinguishing agent from the accommodating space after being melted. When the battery occurs a thermal runaway, the fire extinguishing agent in the lower plate flows rapidly to the runaway area, thus inhibiting the thermal runaway of the battery.

Abstract: A battery module including a first battery group, a second battery group, a cooling plate, and a plurality of busbars electrically connected with a plurality of battery cells. The cooling plate is placed between the first battery group and the second battery group, and the two surfaces of the cooling plate are respectively bonded onto the first battery group and the second battery group with thermally conductive adhesive, the first battery group and the second battery group can be mounted close to the cooling plate, thus increasing the heat dissipation area and improving the heat dissipation effect.
