    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of energy storage devices, and provides a battery cell assembly (10), a battery module (100), and a battery pack (200). The battery cell assembly (10) includes: at least two battery cells (1) and an insulation film (2). The at least two battery cells (1) are stacked. Each battery cell (1) includes an electrode assembly (11) and a battery housing (12). The electrode assembly (11) is accommodated in the battery housing (12). The electrode assembly (11) includes a first electrode plate (111), a second electrode plate (112), and a separator (113) disposed between the first electrode plate (111) and the second electrode plate (112). The insulation film (2) surrounds a periphery of the at least two battery cells (1) to wrap the at least two battery cells (1) together. A gap between adjacent battery cells (1) is reduced, which is advantageous not only in increasing an energy density of the battery module (100) and the battery pack (200), but also in reducing the amount of consumption of the insulation film (2).

    Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a battery module and a battery pack. A battery module includes: a cooling component; and a battery group, comprising secondary batteries disposed side by side in a first direction and each including a case having an accommodating hole, an electrode assembly disposed in the accommodating hole, and a cap assembly, the electrode assembly including two end faces disposed opposite to each other in a second direction intersecting the first direction and an electrode tab extending from each end face. The secondary batteries each includes two sides opposite to each other in the second direction, the cooling component is disposed on at least one of the two sides, the cooling component and the end face are respectively disposed on two sides of the case in the second direction, and the cooling component is connected and fixed to each of the secondary batteries.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a secondary battery and a battery module. The secondary battery comprises: a case comprising a receiving hole having an opening; a cap assembly sealingly connected with the case to close the opening; an electrode assembly disposed in the receiving hole, wherein the electrode assembly comprises two end surfaces opposite to each other in a first direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the receiving hole and tabs extending from respective end surfaces, and the electrode assembly comprises two or more electrode units which are stacked in the axial direction; and a current collecting unit comprising a first sheet and a first current collecting sheet connected to the first sheet, wherein both the first sheet and the first current collecting sheet extend in the axial direction, and the tab is bent with respect to the first direction and is electrically connected to the first current collecting sheet.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module and a battery pack. The battery pack comprises a box and a battery module, the battery module is accommodated in the box. The battery module comprises batteries sequentially arranged in a first direction. The battery comprises an electrode assembly, a case and a cap assembly, the electrode assembly is received in the case, and the cap assembly is connected with the case. The case comprises two first side walls, and the two first side walls are respectively positioned at two sides of the electrode assembly in the first direction. The first side walls of two adjacent batteries face each other. An area of the first side wall is defined as S1, a distance between the electrode assemblies of two adjacent batteries in the first direction is defined as D, S1 and D satisfying a relationship: 1.2×10−5 mm−1≤D/S1≤500×10−5 mm−1.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a secondary battery, a battery module and an electric vehicle. The battery module includes a plurality of secondary batteries arranged in sequence. The secondary battery includes an electrode assembly, a housing and a top cover assembly. The electrode assembly is accommodated in an accommodating chamber of the housing. The electrode assembly includes a plurality of electrode units, the plurality of electrode units being stacked in an axial direction of the accommodating chamber. The top cover assembly includes a top cover plate and an insulating member arranged on an inner side of the top cover plate, the top cover plate being connected to the housing, the insulating member being located on a side of the electrode assembly in the axial direction. A first buffer gap is provided between the insulating member and the top cover plate.
