Abstract: The present application provides a method and apparatus for configuring a transmission bandwidth, and a device, for accelerating an activation speed of a carrier/BWP, reducing waiting time of a UE, and saving power consumption of the UE. The method comprises: determining a first carrier/first BWP; and sending a PDCCH to a user terminal UE by means of a second carrier/second BWP, the PDCCH being used for bearing instruction information for activating the first carrier/first BWP and sending a reference signal over the first carrier/first BWP, so that the UE may activate the first carrier/first BWP and receive the reference signal, and the reference signal is used by the UE for performing channel measurement and synchronous tracking on the first carrier/first BWP.

Abstract: Disclosed are a signal transmission method and device for realizing transmission of a triggered reference signal, to enable a terminal to immediately utilize a reference signal to perform a corresponding operation, lower power consumption of the terminal, and to achieve power saving effects. Abstract: The present application discloses a resource selection method, a data transmission method and a device, relating to the field of communication technology. In the embodiment of the present application, in a case where it is determined that the resource multiplexing mode of the first link and the second link is frequency division multiplexing, by judging whether the selected link is allowed to select a resource that overlaps with the selected resource on another link in the time domain, it may further determine whether to select a resource that does not overlap with the selected resource on another link in the time domain to transmit a service packet to be sent, such that it can also be adjusted according to actual needs based on the pre-configuration, thereby greatly increasing the flexibility of resource selection and the efficiency of spectrum use.

Abstract: Disclosed by the present application are a positioning method and apparatus, which are used to improve indoor positioning performance and precision without occupying a large amount of system resources. At a positioning server side, a positioning method provided by an embodiment of the present application comprises: acquiring a positioning capability supported by a user equipment (UE), and determining, according to the positioning capability, that the UE may obtain a positioning measurement value by means of detecting a positioning reference signal ioPRS that is used for indoor/outdoor positioning; acquiring positioning auxiliary data comprising ioPRS configuration data, and sending the positioning auxiliary data to the UE; acquiring the positioning measurement value that is provided by the UE and that is acquired on the basis of the ioPRS, and using the positioning measurement value to position the UE.

Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of wireless communications, and in particular to a resource selection method and apparatus, a UE and a storage medium. The method involves: when a plurality of service packets arrive, for each service packet, if the number of candidate resource sets obtained by the current service data is at least two, determining a target resource set of the service packet; or when a plurality of service packets arrive, a UE sequentially selecting a sending resource in the corresponding target candidate resource set for each service packet, and before selecting the sending resource, excluding first time slot resources and determining second time slot resources, and preferentially selecting the sending resource in available resources on the second time slot resources.
