    Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting downlink control information. In the present invention, transmitted downlink control information at least comprises one or more of the following information fields: a first information field used for indicating the frequency domain resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, a second information field used for indicating the time frequency resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, and a third information field used for indicating the scheduled N users. As the resource size occupied by the transmission resources in the frequency domain and/or in the time domain is indicated by means of the downlink control information, transmission of downlink control information can be implemented in flexible resource allocation scenarios having variable transmission time intervals.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a determining transmission resources method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving first configuration information sent by a network side device; and according to one or more of the first configuration information, a PDCCH association configured by the network side device, and a predefined PDCCH association, determining the association between resources used by at least two PDCCHs for repeated transmission, or determining the resources used by the at least two PDCCHs for repeated transmission. The present invention can reduce the complexity of blind detection of a terminal device and the number and range of attempts for blind merging.

    Abstract: A scheduling timing determination method, a terminal and a network side device are provided. The method includes: receiving scheduling information of a network side device carried by a control channel on a scheduling carrier, obtaining a slot offset between the control channel and a data channel according to the scheduling information; determining a relative slot where the data channel is transmitted on the scheduled carrier according to a subcarrier spacing of the scheduling carrier, a subcarrier spacing of the scheduled carrier, the slot offset between the control channel and the data channel, and a starting symbol of the control channel transmitted in a slot on the scheduling carrier, where the relative slot uses a starting time of the slot where the control channel is transmitted on the scheduling carrier as a reference point; determining a transmission slot of the data channel on the scheduled carrier according to the relative slot.
