The present invention relates to substituted fused tricyclic compounds of formula (I) or (Ia), their tautomers, polymorphs, stereoisomers, prodrugs, solvates, co-crystals, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and methods of treating conditions and diseases that are mediated by JAK activity.
