Abstract: A motor information acquisition system is provided that acquires information representing an operation state of a motor included in a machine tool in order to monitor a state of the machine tool and that includes a motor control device configured to control the motor based on control data, a timing generation section configured to generate acquisition timing of the information representing the operation state of the motor based on the control data, a rotor magnetic flux reduction command output section configured to output a command for reducing a magnetic flux density of a rotor of the motor to the motor control device when the acquisition timing is reached, and a motor information acquisition section configured to acquire information representing the operation state of the motor when the magnetic flux density of the rotor is reduced by the command.

Abstract: A numerical control system detects a state amount indicating an operation state of a machine tool, creates a characteristic amount that characterizes the state of a machining operation from the detected state amount, infers an evaluation value of the operation state of the machine tool from the characteristic amount, and detects an abnormality in the operation state of the machine tool on the basis of the inferred evaluation value. The numerical control system generates and updates a learning model by machine learning that uses the characteristic amount, and stores the learning model in correlation with a combination of conditions of the machining operation of the machine tool.

Abstract: A motor includes a facing member having a part facing a rotary shaft, a seal member having elasticity, and an annular member supporting the seal member. Magnets are disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotary shaft. Coil units are disposed on the inner circumferential surface of the annular member. The annular member is rotated by a magnetic force in the same direction as the rotary shaft when the rotary shaft rotates. The seal member rotates with the annular member at a rotation speed that is lower than a rotation speed of the rotary shaft.

Abstract: A spindle structure capable of accelerating the flow of a fluid in through holes of a rotor. The spindle structure includes a rotatable rotation part. The rotation part includes a tool holding part provided at an axial direction one end of the rotation part and through holes that penetrate the rotation part and open at the end in the axial direction. Further the spindle structure includes a vane provided in the through holes. When the rotation part rotates, the vane rotates with the rotation part to allow a fluid in the interior of the through holes to flow toward the end in the axial direction.

The machine controller determines the occurrence of the abnormality of the spindle bearing and a cause of the abnormality based on a change in the output value of the formaldehyde sensor over time and a change in the output value of the vibration sensor over time.

Abstract: A numerical control method at least controls a spindle motor of a machine tool so as to perform machining in accordance with machining conditions. In the method, vibration occurring in a tool is acquired with a vibration acquisition unit, and the machining on a workpiece performed by a machining control unit is stopped when vibration having a predetermined amplitude or greater occurs in the tool. Based on state data indicating the state of the spindle motor at that time, multiple compensation plans for compensating the state of the spindle motor in order to suppress vibration occurring in the tool are calculated. The thus calculated multiple compensation plans are displayed on a display unit together with the state of the spindle motor at the time of occurrence of vibration having the predetermined amplitude or greater in the tool.
