摘要： A fuel injection valve for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines, includes components that can be manufactured in an inexpensive and simple manner. The valve needle movable along a longitudinal valve axis is formed by a thin wire, which represents the downstream elongated extension of a helical restoring spring. The valve needle engages in a sealing element, which is coupled to a valve seat body having a fixed valve seat. The valve needle and the sealing element are arranged with respect to the valve seat so that the wire transmits pressure forces to the sealing element in the closed position. The fuel injection valve is suited for use in fuel injection systems of compressed mixture, externally ignited internal combustion engines.

摘要： The electromagnetically operable valve has the an axially moveable valve needle which is formed from an armature, a valve-closure member and a connecting part connecting the two parts. The tubular connecting part has an elongated slit which, because of widenings of the starting sheet-metal part, has a smaller opening width at the end facing the valve-closure member than over its remaining axial extension. Thus, the valve-closure member can be attached very securely at the lower end of the connecting part by a welded seam, avoiding disadvantageous sink marks. The valve is suitable to be used in fuel-injection.

摘要： A device for the injection of a fuel/gas mixture is particularly simple and cost-effective for gas containment of fuel emerging from an injection valve. For this purpose, a treatment attachment is provided at the downstream end of the injection valve, the treatment attachment including at least a gas containment part and an insert body which are fixedly connected to one another. The treatment attachment is fixedly connected to the injection valve by means of a casing portion of the bowl-shaped gas containment part, while a bottom portion of the gas containment part has material of the insert body at least partially injection-molded around it. Inside the insert body extends an orifice which at least partially widens conically in the downstream direction and in which, for example, a jet divider is arranged. The device is particularly suitable for injection into the suction pipe of a mixture-compressing spark-ignition internal combustion engine.

The upper end of the spring engages a recess of a fixed setting bushing, and the lower end engage in a recess of a needle sleeve so as to prevent twisting. Due to the position of a valve seat body relative to the valve closing member the same angle is maintained throughout the life of the assembly, the adaptation process of both components is reduced to a single running-in phase. The new injection valve is particularly suitable as an injection valve for fuel injection units of mixture compressing spark ignited internal combustion engines.
