    摘要: An arrangement for a hydraulic eccentric adjustment for setting a predetermined displacement volume in a hydrostatic motor and, in particular a radial piston motor (1). The arrangement has an adjustment device which, to position an eccentric element (2), can be acted upon with pressure medium via a shuttle valve (5) such that at least one actuating piston (19), of an adjustment cylinder (3) that can be acted upon on both opposed sides is provided, as the adjustment device. A first pressure chamber (7) of the cylinder is connected to a first supply line (9), for setting a smaller displacement volume while a second opposed pressure chamber (8) is connected to a second supply line (10), for setting a larger displacement volume. The two supply lines (9, 10) are connected to one another by a connecting line (11).

The clutches are designed as negative clutches. A reservoir (33), from which pressurized medium flows through an aperture (37), is provided to modulate the pressure when reversing the transmission. A throttle (39), with a variable cross section, is provided for inching. A back pressure may be applied to the clutches (17 or 18) through the throttle (39). This reversing transmission is particularly useful for driving lift trucks or as an entry unit for a multi-speed reversing transmission.

    摘要: The vehicle drive system for mobile hydraulics has a hydrostatic power transmission and a multi-speed selector gear. When the gears are shifted, the speed of the hydrostatic variable displacement motor is controlled in such a way that synchronous engine speeds are set on the engaging elements. Thus, during upshifting, a directional valve is shifted into a neutral position and afterward shifted back into the basic position. For downshifting there is a synchronizing valve that replaces a control pressure, which is dependent on the speed of a primary drive motor with a constant maximum charge pressure. As a result, the engine speed of the hydrostatic variable displacement motor reaches, in the shortest time possible, the engine speed that matches the ratio range in the transmission. Following synchronization the gearshift system runs without detectable engagement jerks.
