摘要: A method for shifting a multi-speed transmission for transmitting rotation between an input shaft and an output shaft for a marine vessel. The method includes providing a multi-speed transmission having first and second gears engaged by actuating first and second clutches, and providing first and second pressure sensors that measure first and second pressures within the first and second clutches, respectively. The method further includes performing a first shift from the first gear to the second gear by de-actuating the first clutch a first delay after the second clutch is actuated, then measuring the first and second pressures and determining a first shift pressure at which the first and second pressures are substantially equal while performing the first shift. The method further includes comparing the first shift pressure to a first pressure threshold range and adjusting the first delay when the first shift pressure is outside the first pressure threshold range.

摘要: A transmission system for a work vehicle includes a transmission. The transmission includes one or more input shafts, one or more output shafts, and shafts disposed in-between. The transmission includes gear sets disposed on the shafts, wherein the gear sets include intermediate gear sets. The transmission includes clutches disposed along the shafts, wherein each of the clutches is configured to selectively couple a respective gear set of the gear sets corresponding to a respective power flow path of the transmission. The transmission also includes a forward coupler and a reverse coupler each disposed on one of the shafts. The transmission system also includes a controller configured to receive a signal indicative of a shuttle shift, and in response to receiving the signal, instruct the clutches to stop rotation of the intermediate gear sets and subsequently shuttle shift between forward and reverse directions.

摘要: A method is provided for controlling a drivetrain of a vehicle, wherein the drivetrain comprises a multi-clutch transmission. The gear shift of the multi-clutch transmission is adapted to be performed either by power cut shift or by power shift dependent on predetermined vehicle shift conditions. The method includes detecting at least one of a plurality of indications of slippery road conditions and setting a slip risk factor, wherein the slip risk factor is dependent on the indication of slippery road conditions. If the slip risk factor is above a first predetermined threshold value the method further comprises controlling the multi-clutch transmission such that an upcoming gear shift is performed as a power-shift independently of if upcoming shift was determined to be performed as a power-cut shift or as a power shift.
