    Abstract: A beam adjustment assembly is provided. The assembly includes a phase shifter and a connecting plate. The phase shifter includes a circuit board and main dielectric slabs configured to shift a phase. The circuit board is provided with a first strip and a second strip that are spaced. The first strip and the second strip are configured to respectively connect to radiating elements of an antenna. The connecting plate is slidably assembled on the circuit board and is configured to control an electrical connection between the first strip and the second strip. When sliding, the main dielectric slab can push the connecting plate to slide, to control a quantity of radiating elements in the antenna system. It can be learned from the foregoing description that, in this application, the sliding of the main dielectric slab in the phase shifter is used as a driving mechanism of the connecting plate.

In embodiments of this application, a distribution status of collected data characteristic information is fitted by using a power-law model, to obtain a user data transmission rate in a coverage area of a transmit unit; a theoretical quantity of users supported by a mobile communications system is determined based on the user data transmission rate and an obtained reference system transmission rate of the mobile communications system; and whether to expand a capacity of the transmit unit is determined based on the theoretical quantity of users and an actual quantity of users that access the transmit unit in the preset time segment.

    Abstract: This application discloses a network control method.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a channel coding method for a data exchange service, and a device. The method includes: coding source data to generate a first bitstream, where a code rate of a data part of the source data is p, and p is less than ⅓; puncturing the first bitstream to generate a second bitstream; mapping, in an interleaved manner, the second bitstream to q bursts to generate q burst sequences, for modulation, where the second bitstream fully occupies each burst sequence of the q burst sequences, and q is an integer greater than 4; and sending the q modulated burst sequences to a receive end. In the embodiments of the present invention, a code rate of channel coding for a data exchange service is reduced, so that reliability of terminal data transmission can be improved at same power consumption or less power consumption.
