Embodiments of the present invention relate to the communications field, and provide a signal transmission method and apparatus, which can effectively resolve a resource waste problem of user data resource elements and improve system power utilization. The method includes: determining, by a base station, a first parameter value of a user data resource element RE, an initial parameter value of a demodulation reference signal resource element DMRS RE, and a compensation parameter value of the DMRS RE; determining, by the base station according to the initial parameter value and the compensation parameter value, a second parameter value required for transmitting a DMRS; and transmitting, by the base station, the DMRS, the user data, and the compensation parameter value to user equipment, so that the user equipment demodulates the user data.

Embodiments of the present patent application disclose a method for inter-terminal coordinated communication, a device and a system. The present patent application relates to the field of communications, and inter-terminal coordinated transmission is accomplished by sharing specific information between coordinated terminals so as to improve performance of a system. The method provided by the embodiments of the present patent application includes: obtaining, by a first terminal, a shared signal according to a signal received by the first terminal from a network side; and sending, by the first terminal, shared information to a second terminal, for enabling the second terminal to obtain information that the network side needs to send to the second terminal according to the shared information and a signal received by the second terminal from the network side, where the shared information includes the shared signal.

According to embodiments of the present invention, a quantity of available state values of a reference signal configuration is increased by indicating a dual-codeword transmission mode and two single-codeword transmission modes, where the two single-codeword transmission modes are distinguished by using a new data indicator NDI. Therefore, higher-rank (such as 16-layer or 24-layer) MU-MIMO can be supported, increasing system spectral efficiency significantly, and improving MU-MIMO configuration flexibility and resource scheduling effectiveness.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for obtaining channel spatial characteristic information, and a base station. The method includes: separately sending, by a first base station, a channel spatial characteristic request and an identity of to-be-measured user equipment (UE) to multiple second base stations, where the channel spatial characteristic request is used to instruct the second base station to perform channel spatial characteristic information measurement on the to-be-measured UE; and receiving, by the first base station, channel spatial characteristic indication information sent by the multiple second base stations, where the channel spatial characteristic indication information carries channel spatial characteristic information of the to-be-measured UE.

The UE includes: an input/output (I/O) module, configured to display an intelligent-shutdown-mode setting interface, where the intelligent-shutdown-mode setting interface includes a setting option for shutting down/starting a radio frequency chain of the UE, obtain setting information of the user on the intelligent-shutdown-mode setting interface, and send the setting information to an intelligent shutdown module; the intelligent shutdown module, configured to receive the setting information sent by the I/O module, modify wireless transmission capability report information of the UE according to the setting information, send modified wireless transmission capability report information to a communications module, and shut down/start the radio frequency chain of the UE; and the communications module, configured to receive the modified wireless transmission capability report information that is sent by the intelligent shutdown module, and send the modified wireless transmission capability report information to a base station.

A downlink channel quality information acquisition method includes: a transmission node in a coordinated node set acquires the noise receiving power of a user equipment (UE11) and the interference power on the UE11 of a node in a non-coordinated set; the transmission node in the coordinated node set acquires, via the transmission node in the coordinated node set, an inter-user interference power during the multi-user scheduling and the effective signal receiving power of the UE11; the transmission node in the coordinated node set acquires the interference power on the UE11 of a non-transmission node in the coordinated set; calculating the ratio between the effective signal receiving power and the sum of an interference source power and the noise receiving power of the UE11, and using the ratio as the value of the downlink CQI between the transmission node and the UE11.

A method and an apparatus for transmitting control information are disclosed. The method includes: grouping UEs in a cell, and obtaining second control information of each UE group after grouping; performing joint channel coding on the second control information of each UE group; obtaining first control information, and transmitting the first control information to the UEs in the cell, where the first control information includes indication information of the second control information, on which joint channel coding has been performed, of each UE group, so as to obtain the second control information according to the indication information; and transmitting the second control information, on which joint channel coding has been performed, of each UE group to the UEs in the cell.
