Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to the communications field, and disclose a data transmission method and device to resolve a problem that a success rate of receiving data by an MTC terminal is relatively low after an SC-PTM technology is introduced. A specific solution is as follows: A base station device sends first control information to a terminal device, where the first control information is used to control repeated transmission of multicast service data; and the base station device sends the multicast service data to the terminal device according to the first control information. The present invention is used in a data transmission process.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data sending method, user equipment, and a network device. Abstract: A power control method includes: obtaining, by a first terminal, power control information, where the power control information is information used to control a transmit power used by the first terminal when the first terminal communicates with a second terminal; determining a target transmit power based on the power control information; and sending first data to the second terminal based on the target transmit power. A first communication link is established between the first terminal and the second terminal. In the present disclosure, the following prior-art problem is resolved: In a relay or D2D communication scenario, a base station does not configure, for a specific terminal, a transmit power used by the terminal during D2D communication. Therefore, transmit powers used by different terminals during D2D communication are indicated to the different terminals, and a power control effect is improved.

Abstract: A random access method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: a terminal device obtains a position of the terminal device and a position of a network device, the terminal device determines a time adjustment value based on the position of the terminal device and the position of the network device, and the terminal device sends a random access preamble based on the time adjustment value and a random access channel (RACH) resource configured by the network device. Based on this solution, the terminal device may determine the time adjustment value based on the position of the terminal device and the position of the network device, and adjust a time for sending the random access preamble on the RACH resource. This helps avoid a problem that random access preamble receiving time windows overlap, thereby increasing a success rate of accessing the network device by the terminal device.

Abstract: A data transmission method includes: A first access network device receives a first paging message from a core network device, where the first paging message includes a first security parameter. The first access network device sends a second paging message to a terminal device, where the second paging message includes a first random access preamble index that is ciphered and/or integrity protected by using the first security parameter. The first access network device receives a first random access preamble from the terminal device, and if the first random access preamble is a random access preamble indicated by the first random access preamble index, obtains downlink data of the terminal device. The first access network device sends the downlink data to the terminal device.

One example method includes receiving a first parameter by a terminal device from a first device, where the first parameter corresponds to first wake-up signal (WUS) configuration information in at least one piece of WUS configuration information, and the first WUS configuration information includes information about a first WUS time-frequency resource. The terminal device determines the first WUS time-frequency resource based on the first parameter, and receives a first WUS from a second device on the first WUS time-frequency resource, where the first WUS is used to wake up the terminal device. In this method, the terminal device can determine the first WUS time-frequency resource based on the first parameter received from the first device, and then receive the first WUS from the second device on the first WUS time-frequency resource.
