Abstract: In a voltage conversion circuit, a sampling signal and a triangular wave signal are synthesized into a first signal, and the first signal and a second signal are compared to output a pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal. A frequency of the PWM signal may be determined by a frequency of the triangular wave signal. Therefore, the frequency of the PWM signal is fixed using the frequency-fixed triangular wave signal. Turning on or switching off of a power transistor in a voltage conversion subcircuit is controlled according to the PWM signal to convert a received direct current input voltage into a direct current output voltage, thereby implementing a fixed operating frequency for the voltage conversion circuit.

Abstract: A resource allocation method includes: determining, by a network-side device based on a maximum quantity of transmissions of a terminal device in a scheduling period, a set including at least two groups of patterns, where any group of patterns and any other group of patterns in the set are corresponding to a maximum of K same first subframes, and the first subframe is a subframe to which a frequency domain resource is allocated; receiving, by the network-side device, resource scheduling request messages sent by at least two terminal devices; determining, by the network-side device, a target group of patterns from the set based on the resource scheduling request messages, where the target group of patterns are in a one-to-one correspondence with the at least two terminal devices; and separately sending, by the network-side device, information about the target group of patterns to the at least two terminal devices.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a resource processing method, an apparatus, and a terminal. The method includes: receiving, by a first terminal, a first message simultaneously sent by each of at least one second terminal, where the first message is carried on N resources and used to indicate location information of resources on which to-be-sent data is located, and N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2; and determining, by the first terminal based on the location information of the resources on which the to-be-sent data is located, resources used by the first terminal to send data. Because the first message is carried on the N resources, a probability of collision of the resources used by the second terminal to send the first message is very low.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a channel coding method for a data exchange service, and a device. The method includes: coding source data to generate a first bitstream, where a code rate of a data part of the source data is p, and p is less than ⅓; puncturing the first bitstream to generate a second bitstream; mapping, in an interleaved manner, the second bitstream to q bursts to generate q burst sequences, for modulation, where the second bitstream fully occupies each burst sequence of the q burst sequences, and q is an integer greater than 4; and sending the q modulated burst sequences to a receive end. In the embodiments of the present invention, a code rate of channel coding for a data exchange service is reduced, so that reliability of terminal data transmission can be improved at same power consumption or less power consumption.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a voltage conversion circuit, including: a first power transistor; a second power transistor, where the second power transistor is cut off when the first power transistor is conductive and is conductive when the first power transistor is cut off; a first energy storage element; a second energy storage element, a bleed module, configured to be coupled to the first power transistor, where when the first power transistor is cut off and a voltage of a source of the first power transistor reaches a source threshold, provide a current path for a current flowing from the source of the first power transistor to the ground. By means of the foregoing, a voltage difference between a drain and the source of the first power transistor can be decreased, thereby reducing a risk of burning out the first power transistor, and avoiding an increase in manufacturing costs.

Abstract: According to various embodiments, a data transmission method and apparatus are provided in this application. In one embodiment, user equipment (UE) determines SPS assistance information based on N data packets at layer 2, where the SPS assistance information includes a frame number and a subframe number that correspond to a moment offset, wherein service features corresponding to the N data packets are the same, and wherein each of the service features includes at least a period configured by a base station for the UE. The moment offset of the data packets can be accurately predicted, and then the SPS assistance information is determined based on the frame number and the subframe number that correspond to the relatively accurate moment offset, to reduce impact of data packet fluctuation on a transmission delay. In addition, the UE can obtain an SPS resource without reporting an SR, so that the data transmission delay can be reduced.
