Abstract: A heat management system includes a reservoir tank which stores a coolant and can replenish, with the coolant, a coolant line connected to the reservoir tank; a flow path transition valve which is connected to the downstream side, according to the flow direction of the coolant, of the reservoir tank and can control the flow direction of the coolant; and a coolant circulation pump which is connected to the downstream side, according to the flow direction of the coolant, of the flow path transition valve and pumps the coolant along the coolant line, wherein, through the layout structure of the reservoir tank, flow path transition valve, and coolant circulation pump, the distance between parts constituting a coolant system of a vehicle is minimized, and the overall flow of the coolant is formed in the direction of gravity, and, thereby, a pressure drop of the coolant can be reduced.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a heat management system comprising: a refrigerant circulation line including a compressor, a compressor for compressing and discharging a refrigerant, a water cooling-type condenser for condensing the compressed refrigerant using cooling water, a first expansion valve for expanding the condensed refrigerant, and a water cooling-type evaporator for evaporating the expanded refrigerant using cooling water; a heating line including a heater core which circulates the cooling water that has exchanged heat in the water cooling-type condenser, and thereby generates conditioned air for heating; a cooling line (305) including a cabin cooler (520) which circulates the cooling water that has exchanged heat in the water cooling-type evaporator (242), and thereby generates conditioned air for cooling; and a cooling line (302) which is connected to or disconnected from the heating line according to the cooling/heating mode, and cools a battery (350) and an electrical component (460). The heat management system enables efficient heat management of an electrical component and a battery in a vehicle, in addition to the cooling and heating of the vehicle, and can improve heat pump performance and system efficiency.

Abstract: A heat management system including a refrigerant circulation line including a compressor, a water-cooling condenser, an air-cooling condenser, a first expansion valve, an evaporator, a refrigerant heat exchanger, and a gas/liquid separator that discharges only a liquid refrigerant, and cooling an indoor place by circulating a refrigerant; a heating line for heating the indoor place by circulating, through the water-cooling condenser, cooling water that exchanges heat with the refrigerant; and a cooling line for cooling a battery and an electrical component by circulating air or cooling water that exchanges heat with the refrigerant. Therefore, the present invention can not only cool and heat a vehicle but also efficiently manage heat for an electrical component and a battery in a vehicle, and can reduce the number of constituent components for heating and cooling.
