    摘要: The present invention provides an optical functional circuit where a holographic wave propagation medium is applied and a circuit property is excellent such as small transmission loss and crosstalk. The optical functional circuit where a plurality of circuit elements are formed on a substrate includes the wave propagation medium for converting an optical path of a leakage light so that the leakage light that is not emitted from a predetermined output port of the circuit element is not coupled to a different circuit element. This wave propagation medium is constituted by an optical waveguide that is provided with a clad layer formed on the substrate and a core embedded in the clad layer, and a part of the optical waveguide is formed in accordance with a refractive index distribution which is multiple scattered.

Each molecule of the liquid has at least two-polar groups for bridging the contact pad and the magnetic disc by intermolecular force. The bridging prevents the magnetic head slider from jumping over the magnetic disc.

    摘要: The disclosure relates to a lubricant layer formed on the magnetic surface of a magnetic storage medium such as a magnetic disk. Optionally a protective film may be interposed between the magnetic surface and the lubricant layer. Several types of perfluoroalkyl compounds including some polymers have been proved excellent as the lubricating material. The lubricant layer formed of these perfluoroalkyl compounds is remarkably high in durability even though the read/write head makes repeated frictional contact with the storage medium, and this lubricant layer is very low in the tendency to stick to the head.

    摘要: An improved receiver dryer for a refrigeration circuit is disclosed. The receiver dryer comprises a cylindrical body, a fluid inlet port member and a fluid outlet port member disposed on the cylindrical body, and an induction tube connected to the fluid outlet port member. The fluid outlet port member comprises a connecting member fixed on the cylindrical body, and a port element rotatably supported on the connecting member. The connecting member and the port element form a fluid passage from the cylindrical body to the external refrigeration circuit. The fluid outlet port member is sealed by the clamping action of two opposed surfaces acting on the port element. A sealing mechanism is also placed between the connecting member and the induction tube. Thus, the port member is able to freely rotate, thereby permitting the piping arrangement of the refrigeration circuit to be easily connected and properly sealed.
