摘要： A thermoforming apparatus includes a female die and a movable plug for thermoforming a softened thermoplastic resin sheet. The female die includes a rim forming recess in the shape of a bowl-shaped recess, communicating with a bottom opening and forming a bottom wall of the bowl, an outer wall, a bottom wall and an inner wall of a rim of the bottom, and a bottom plate movable forward and backward relative to the rim forming recess. The softened thermoplastic resin sheet is thrust by the plug while the bottom plate is held at a first stop position. The thermoplastic resin sheet is brought into contact with an inner circumferential surface of the bowl-shaped recess and then the bottom plate is moved to a second stop position so that a rim is formed.

A cutting method of the multilayer structure includes the steps of: compressing and deforming the multilayer structure, while extending respective layers of the multilayer structure to provide a thin thickness portion, so that an upper layer bites into a lower layer by pushing a push cutter, by a predetermined amount, into the multilayer structure supported by a cutter receiving portion, in a fused state of at least one of the resin layers forming the multilayer structure; and push-cutting the compressed thin thickness portion S till the push cutter abuts against the cutter receiving portion so as to converge an intermediate layer and surface resin layers of the multilayer structure to the abutting portion A of the push cutter and the cutter receiving portion.

Also included is plural timeout monitoring mechanisms, each of which do not start the timeout value setting mechanism at the following stage but stop it, when the timeout value set by the timeout value setting mechanism at the preceding stage is not set again even after a specific time has elapsed. A watchdog timer outputs an abnormality notice, when the timeout value set by the timeout value setting mechanism at the last stage is not set again even after a specific time has elapsed. Hierarchizing the software of the watchdog timer makes it possible to set a suitable timeout value in the watchdog timer for a higher-speed sensing of timeout and monitor the timeouts of plural systems at plural levels, which improves the monitoring capability.

摘要： The present invention provides a PTO switch mode control device that is capable of performing appropriate idle shutdown when an engine is started, even in the case where an ignition switch is turned ON with a PTO switch ON when the engine is stopped. The PTO switch mode control device has: an ignition switch 3 that is turned ON or OFF to start and stop an engine 1; a PTO switch 4 that is turned ON or OFF to select switch a PTO mode that permits power takeoff, and an inactive mode that does not permit the power takeoff; and an ECU 2 that executes idle shutdown to stop the engine 1 when the engine 1 continuously idles for a predetermined time period, except for the PTO mode state. The ECU 2 functions to establish the inactive mode even when the PTO switch 4 is ON, when the ignition switch 3 is turned ON while the PTO switch 4 is ON, and subsequently establish the PTO mode when the PTO switch is switched from OFF to ON.
