    摘要: The present invention relates to a copper-based sintered slide member comprising 0.5 to 20% by weight of tin, 0.1 to 35% by weight of manganese, 2 to 25% by weight of a solid lubricant and the balance essentially consisting of copper; and a multilayer copper-based sintered slide member comprising a copper-based alloy sintered layer and a metal backing plate which are formed into an integral multilayer structure, wherein the copper-based alloy sintered layer comprises 0.5 to 20% by weight of tin, 0.1 to 35% by weight of manganese, 2 to 25% by weight of a solid lubricant and the balance essentially consisting of copper. The above slide members are in the form of a lead-free copper-based sintered slide member. The copper-based sintered slide member can exhibit sliding characteristics similar to or higher than those of lead-containing copper-based sintered slide members and can be suitably used as an oil-containing sintered slide member, and can also be suitably used even under conditions in high-temperature ranges and/or under dry frictional conditions in which it may be difficult to use a lubrication oil, and a multilayer sintered slide member capable of exhibiting excellent sliding characteristics even under high-load conditions.

    摘要: A thermoforming apparatus includes a female die and a movable plug for thermoforming a softened thermoplastic resin sheet. The female die includes a rim forming recess in the shape of a bowl-shaped recess, communicating with a bottom opening and forming a bottom wall of the bowl, an outer wall, a bottom wall and an inner wall of a rim of the bottom, and a bottom plate movable forward and backward relative to the rim forming recess. The softened thermoplastic resin sheet is thrust by the plug while the bottom plate is held at a first stop position. The thermoplastic resin sheet is brought into contact with an inner circumferential surface of the bowl-shaped recess and then the bottom plate is moved to a second stop position so that a rim is formed.

    摘要: A filter press according to the present invention comprises tension bearing means which are mounted on the filter plates respectively and which prevent movements of the forward ends of the filter cloths to bear the tensions for drawing out the forward ends of the filter cloths from the cloth reservoir means when the distance between the filter plates is decreased to bring the filter plates adjacent to each other into contact with each other, so that the tensions of the filter cloths are not applied to the drawing means when the distance between the filter plates is decreased. Therefore, attitudes of the filter plates are not changed by the tensions of the filter cloths and the filter plates can be brought into intimate contact with each other with constant pressure therebetween.
