摘要: In a photosensitive material processing apparatus having a wash tank for washing photosensitive material with a relatively large volume of water after development, means for releasing silver cations into wash water is provided for preventing bio-slime generation in the wash tank. Silver cations can be dissolved out from a silver alloy through electrolysis or from a silver release agent. A method for preventing bio-slime from accumulating in the wash tank includes the steps of: releasing silver cations into wash water, and optionally, draining wash water from the wash tank, and forcedly drying the wash tank.

摘要: Photographic silver halide photosensitive material is processed through a series of juxtaposed processing tanks charged with processing solutions while feeding respective replenishers in accordance with the quantity of photosensitive material processed. A crossover roller is located between each pair of processing tanks for carrying the photosensitive material and a rinsing tank is filled with cleaning water in which the crossover roller is at least partially immersed. At least a portion of the cleaning water fed to each rinsing tank is used as at least a portion of diluent water necessary to dilute a replenisher concentrate for the processing solution in the processing tank located forward of each rinsing tank. This arrangement can reduce the amount of developer and fixer replenishers fed and hence, the amount of spent solutions. The crossover rollers are cleaned fully without any extra cleaning operation, leading to ease of maintenance. The overall amount of water used is reduced. Further, photographic performance is excellent as evidenced by the elimination of physical development irregularities while the apparatus is of compact size and solution preparation is easy.

摘要: A developer composition comprising a dihydroxybenzene developing agent, a sulfite ion, and an antisludging agent is diluted with water to prepare a developer for the development of photographic silver halide photosensitive material. The components of the composition are divided into a plurality of parts such that the antisludging agent and the dihydroxybenzene developing agent are added to separate parts which are kept apart during storage until they were combined to form the developer.

摘要: An information processing apparatus which includes an input layer, a hidden layer and an output layer, and performs a computation in terms of models of neurons. A forward network, having the input layer, the hidden layer and the output layer, executes a computation for externally input data to determine the values of outputs therefrom, and a backward network, having the output layer and the hidden layer, executes computation for output values expected for given inputs to determine learning signal values. The information processing apparatus transfers the output values and learning values between the forward network and the backward network to modify the synapse weights of the neuron models.

摘要: A rivetting machine has a hydraulic cylinder connected with a hydraulic power source, the cylinder including a piston shaft, a motor-driven spindle extending through and journaled to the piston shaft, and a rivet head forming tool secured to the bottom end of the spindle and carrying a forming shaft. A controller of the machine has a linear encoder for detecting the axial position of the piston shaft, an electric hydraulic servo valve provided in a hydraulic circuit between the hydraulic power source and the hydraulic cylinder, a machining data input unit for inputting machining data of the work rivet into a programmable control unit. The control unit receives the output of the linear encoder and the input machining data and controlling the hydraulic cylinder via the electric/hydraulic servo valve based on the machining data and the output of the encoder.

摘要: A photosensitive material processor having a processing tank for processing a photosensitive material includes a circulating pipeline having a circulating pump for circulating a liquid in the processing tank; a first pump for supplying for supplying a stock solution to a mixing tank; a second pump for supplying a dilution liquid to the mixing tank; a supply pipeline for connecting the mixing tank and a portion of the circulating pipeline upstream of the circulating pump so that the processing solution prepared in the mixing tank is supplied to the processing tank; and a controller for controlling the first and second pumps so that a ratio of periods of discharge of the liquids becomes a predetermined ratio and for operating the circulating pump when the stock solution and the dilution liquid are supplied to the mixing tank by predetermined amounts. Accordingly, in a case where the processing solution is supplied to an empty processing tank, since the circulating pump is operated when the stock solution and the dilution liquid are supplied to the mixing tank by predetermined amounts, the processing solution is sucked by the circulating pump, and air is prevented from remaining in the supply pipeline and the like.
