    Abstract: This application discloses a method for selecting a plurality of carriers and a related device. The method includes: obtaining, by a first terminal, first configuration information, where the first configuration information includes at least one piece of first carrier information and corresponding first channel congestion parameter information; obtaining first data; selecting at least one direct link transmission carrier for the first data according to the first carrier information and in a priority sequence based on the first channel congestion parameter information; and sending the first data on the direct link transmission carrier.

    Abstract: A wireless communications method is applicable to short-range communications, for example, cockpit domain communications, self-driving, or intelligent driving and includes a terminal device that receives first feature information and first configuration information from a network device, where the first feature information indicates a first feature, and the first configuration information is for configuring at least one communications parameter or a device state for at least one terminal device that matches the first feature indicated by the first feature information. Then, when the terminal device determines that a feature of the terminal device matches the first feature, the terminal device is configured based on the first configuration information.

    Abstract: This application provides a service data transmission method and apparatus, and the method includes: obtaining first configuration information, where the first configuration information includes a first service feature parameter and a first resource parameter corresponding to the first service feature parameter; obtaining to-be-sent service data and a second service feature parameter corresponding to the to-be-sent service data; determining, based on the first service feature parameter, the second service feature parameter, and the first resource parameter, a second resource parameter for transmitting the to-be-sent service data; selecting, based on the second resource parameter, an available resource for transmitting the to-be-sent service data; and transmitting the to-be-sent service data by using the available resource. In this way, the service feature parameter of the service data is considered while the available resource is determined, to determine the resource parameter based on the service feature parameter, thereby better satisfying a delay requirement of a low-delay service.

    Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: obtaining, by a terminal, information used to indicate a first condition; obtaining to-be-transmitted data; and when the first condition is met, sending, by the terminal over a sidelink, the to-be-transmitted data that is on a first logical channel by using a first carrier frequency and the to-be-transmitted data that is on a second logical channel by using a second carrier frequency. In this method, the same data is sent, over the sidelink, on different carrier frequencies by using two logical channels, and a receiving device can receive the same duplicate data, thereby improving data transmission reliability.
