Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a data transmission method, where the method includes: receiving, by user equipment, first information from a radio access device, where the first information indicates different transmission classes corresponding to a plurality of logical channels; determining, by the user equipment based on the first information, a transmission format of uplink data on at least one logical channel corresponding to at least one transmission class in the different transmission classes, and determining a transmission resource in the transmission format; and sending, by the user equipment, the uplink data by using the transmission format and the transmission resource in the transmission format. In this application, different transmission resources are allocated to uplink data on logical channels LCHs of different transmission classes, so that different requirements of different uplink data can be met.

Abstract: A handover method, an access network device, and a terminal device are provided. A handover method comprising: receiving by an access network device, a change instruction message, wherein the change instruction message is used to instruct the access network device to instruct a terminal device to perform an update, generating, by the access network device, an update message, wherein the update message is used to instruct the terminal device to perform an update; and sending by the access network device, the update message to the terminal device. Based on a handover procedure initiated by the second core network device, the connection between the terminal device and the second core network device may be switched to the connection between the terminal device and the first core network device without switching of the access network device, so that a network communication requirement is efficiently met.

Abstract: A data transmission method, includes: a terminal performs, when the terminal performs transmission of same data with both a first base station accessed by the terminal and a second base station accessed by the terminal, transmission of to-be-transmitted data of the terminal with the first base station by using a first logical channel; and perform, transmission of the to-be-transmitted data with the second base station by using a second logical channel, where the first logical channel and the second logical channel are associated with a same radio bearer of the terminal. Therefore, reliability of a radio link is improved, and a latency of data transmission is reduced.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an environment perception method and a base station. The method includes: sending, by a base station, an electromagnetic perception signal to a to-be-perceived region; receiving electromagnetic feedback signals transmitted, scattered, and reflected from an ambient environment of the to-be-perceived region and an object in the to-be-perceived region; and calculating environment information of the to-be-perceived region based on the electromagnetic feedback signals and the electromagnetic perception signal. In this way, environment information of a coverage area of the base station can be determined. In addition, environment information update frequency may be dynamically adjusted by setting a detection period for sending an electromagnetic perception signal, so as to meet environment information detection requirements of different applications, for example, real-time detection on environment information and high resolution detection on environment information.

Abstract: A method includes: determining, by a terminal device, M pilots of N air interface technologies on a carrier, where each of the N air interface technologies corresponds to one of the M pilots; measuring, by the terminal device, at least one cell by using the M pilots, to generate a measurement report; and determining, by the terminal device, a target cell in the at least one cell based on the measurement report. After determining the target cell, the terminal device may access the target cell. In this way, a plurality of services that are greatly different may be transmitted by using the N air interface technologies, corresponding air interface technologies are provided based on different service requirements of the terminal device, and resources may be dynamically allocated to the plurality of air interface technologies, thereby effectively improving radio resource utilization.
