    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for non-access stratum (NAS) message processing during handover in an evolved network are provided. The method includes the following steps. An evolved packet core (EPC) receives a message which indicates that a UE is being handed over sent by a source evolved NodeB (S-eNB), and stops sending an NAS message to the UE temporarily. The EPC receives a message which indicates that the UE returns to an S-eNB service area sent by the S-eNB. The EPC sends the NAS message to the UE through the S-eNB, if needed. With the method and the apparatus, the EPC can acquire a location of the UE in time in the case of a handover failure of the UE, a time limit of a retransmission timer is set precisely, and a specific implementation for forwarding an NAS message through an X2 interface is provided.

    Abstract: The embodiment of the present disclosure provided a method, device, and system for processing a message. The method for processing a message comprises obtaining a traffic type of a service data packet, sending the message or a data packet that carries the traffic type to a radio network controller, where the radio network controller obtains the traffic type and performs scheduling processing on the service data packet according to a quality of service requirement corresponding to the traffic type. The present disclosure can realize performing resource allocation and scheduling processing on the applications corresponding to the service data packet based on the traffic type. Compared to resource allocation and scheduling processing based on the traffic type in the prior art, the granularity of classification of the present disclosure is more refined, and can realize more refined resource allocation and scheduling processing, and can effectively improve the efficiency of scheduling processing.

    Abstract: Application relates to establishing signaling connections in communication network. A source radio access network device sends a handover request message to a target radio access network device to initiate a handover procedure for a user equipment from the source radio access network device to the target radio access network device. The handover request message includes information about an original signaling connection parameter. When the UE enters a target cell, the target radio access network device allocates a new signaling connection parameter and sends a handover complete message to a core network node. The handover complete messages carries the original signaling connection parameter received from the source radio access network device and the allocated new signaling connection parameter about the target radio access network device. The inability of the target radio access network device to establish a signaling connection with the core network node in the related art is effectively solved.

    Abstract: A method, apparatus and system for establishing S1 signaling connections in an evolved network are disclosed. A source evolved NodeB (eNodeB) sends a handover request message to a target eNodeB to initiate a handover procedure during that a user equipment (UE) is handed over from the source eNodeB to the target eNodeB. The handover request message includes information about an original S1 signaling connection parameter. When the UE enters the target cell, the target eNodeB allocates a new S1 signaling connection parameter and sends a handover complete message to an evolved packet core (EPC). The handover complete messages carries the original S1 signaling connection parameter received from the source eNodeB and the allocated new S1 signaling connection parameter about the target eNodeB. With the present disclosure, the inability of the target eNodeB to establish an S1 signaling connection with the EPC in the related art is effectively solved.
