    摘要: A method for updating a key in an active state is disclosed according to the embodiments of the present invention. The method includes steps of: initiating a key update by a user equipment in the active state or a network side when a pre-defined condition is met; updating the key by the network side and the user equipment, and negotiating an activation time of the new keys. An apparatus for updating a key in an active state is also disclosed according to the present invention. With the present invention, the user equipment in an active state and the network side may actively initiate the key update procedure in different cases, thereby solving the problem concerning the key update for a session in an active state.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission control node, a system, and a data transmission management method. A TCP subflow on which data offloading needs to be performed is selected according to a requirement for running the system. By changing an input item of an MPTCP congestion control algorithm, data on the selected TCP subflow can be migrated to another expected TCP subflow that belongs to a same MPTCP connection as the selected TCP subflow. By taking an additional measure to manage and control MPTCP data transmission on an access network side, a result of the data offloading on the TCP subflow can satisfy the expected requirement for running the system, so as to optimize system performance, and improve practicability of the MPTCP congestion control algorithm.

Embodiments of the present disclosure implement that, in a scenario in which both a source MPTCP agent and a destination MPTCP agent are deployed at a RAN side, when UE moves from a radio access device on which the source MPTCP agent is deployed to a radio access device on which the destination MPTCP agent is deployed, an MPTCP connection is maintained or the destination MPTCP agent can continue to perform a management and control operation.

    摘要: Embodiments of this application relate to a method for controlling transmission, a network device, and a terminal. The method includes: determining, by a first radio access network device according to a service transmission condition of a terminal in a first single-mode wireless communications system, that a multimode wireless communications system comprises at least two wireless communications systems transmits a service for the terminal; and sending, by the first radio access network device, first control information to the terminal, where the first control information includes link information of the at least two wireless communications systems, so that the terminal switches a service, which is transmitted in the first single-mode wireless communications system, to the multimode wireless communications system according to the link information of the at least two wireless communications systems. In this way, resource utilization of a wireless communications network is improved.

In the embodiments of the present disclosure, transmission of the service data can be controlled based on specific information that is about the service data and that is obtained by the information control center, and different transmission quality is provided for different types of service data.
