Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a communication method and a communications apparatus. In the communication method, a network-side device determines a resource configuration policy. The network-side device determines an operation mode of a terminal based on the resource configuration policy; broadcasts information about a plurality of configured resource pools and the operation mode, so that the terminal performs sending based on the configured one or more resource pools; and determines, based on the operation mode, that the terminal sends information on one or more resource units of the plurality of resource pools. According to the communication method and the communications apparatus provided in the specific embodiments of the present invention, the one or more resource pools are configured for a plurality of carriers for inter-terminal communication, so that the terminal can send a message on the one or more resource pools of the plurality of carriers.

Abstract: This application provides communication methods for a terminal device and a network side device. In an example method, a terminal device establishes a primary communication link with a network side device. The terminal device establishes a device-to-device (D2D)-based virtual multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) communication connection with the coordinated communication device, to form, between the terminal device and the network side device, a coordinated communication link relayed by the coordinated communication device. The terminal device performs parallel communication with the network side device based on the primary communication link and the coordinated communication link, or performs communication based on the coordinated communication link.

Abstract: A service data transmission method, user equipment, and a network device are provided. Abstract: A resource indication method and a related device, where the method includes the obtaining system resource information of a second system, and sending indication information using a resource of a first system, where the indication information indicates the system resource information such that a device receiving the indication information determines the system resource information based on the indication information. Hence, an indication message indicating a system resource of the second system is sent using the resource of the first system. Therefore, a user equipment directly determine the system resource information of the second system based on the indication information, and efficiency of accessing the second system by the user equipment is improved.
