    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a communication method, including: sending, by a first sending device, D2D communication request information to a network device, where a D2D communication includes communication between the first sending device and a receiving device, and the D2D communication request information includes identification information of the receiving device; obtaining, by the first sending device, sidelink control information corresponding to the first sending device, where the sidelink control information corresponding to the first sending device includes MIMO transmission configuration parameter information; and sending, by the first sending device, data to the receiving device in a MIMO manner based on the sidelink control information corresponding to the first sending device.

    Abstract: An RSSI measurement method, a network device, and a terminal device are disclosed. The method includes receiving, by a terminal device, an RSSI measurement configuration message, where the measurement configuration message includes indication information of a time resource for RSSI measurement, and the time resource includes first downlink symbols and second downlink symbols in a timeslot in which a synchronization signal block is located, and measuring a received signal power on the first downlink symbols and the second downlink symbols, where the first downlink symbols include downlink symbols in which the synchronization signal block is located, and where the second downlink symbols include at least one downlink symbol other than the first downlink symbols.

An example method includes determining a first transmission parameter in at least two transmission parameters, where any two of the at least two transmission parameters are different, and the first transmission parameter is used to determine a first transmission resource for a first reference signal. One example communication method includes generating first scheduling information and second scheduling information by a network device, where the first scheduling information indicates a downlink transmission parameter and a downlink time-frequency resource that are used by a target terminal device and at least one cooperation terminal device to receive first data from the network device, the second scheduling information indicates a sidelink transmission parameter and a sidelink time-frequency resource that are used by the at least one cooperation terminal device to send second data to the target terminal device, the second data is generated based on the first data.     Abstract: Example radio link monitoring methods and apparatus are described. One example method includes performing radio link monitoring (RLM) in a second bandwidth part (BWP) by a terminal device. The terminal device receives first switching information from a network device that is used to indicate that an active BWP includes a first BWP, and switches from the second BWP to the first BWP based on the first switching information. The terminal device removes a measurement result obtained by performing RLM in the second BWP, where the measurement result includes a quantity N1 of one or more out of synchronization (OOS) states or a quantity N2 of one or more in synchronization (IS) states. RLM is performed in the first BWP.
