Abstract: Systems and methods provide solutions for PCell interruption for SCell activation and deactivation. A user equipment (UE) may select the delay of PCell interruption based on the transmission time interval (TTI) and the processing time (e.g., the hybrid automatic repeat request (HARD) processing time). A UE may be configured to process a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) comprising an activation command or a deactivation command in a first subframe for an SCell. In response to the activation or deactivation command, based on a TTI length corresponding to the PDSCH, the UE determines the delay for PCell interruption. The delay corresponds to a selected second subframe after the first subframe, wherein a first delay for a first TTI length is longer than a second delay for a second TTI length, and wherein the second TTI length is a shortened TTI (sTTI) compared to the first TTI length.

Abstract: User equipment (UE) includes processing circuitry coupled to memory. To configure the UE for active bandwidth part (BWP) switching, the processing circuitry is to decode RRC signaling configuring a plurality of BWPs for the UE. The RRC signaling further includes an indicator for an initial BWP of the plurality of BWPs for initial use by the UE as an active BWP. DCI received on a PDCCH is decoded, which includes a BWP indicator for switching the active BWP from the initial BWP to another BWP of the plurality of BWPs. RF and baseband parameters to switch the active BWP from the initial BWP to the another BWP are reconfigured. Reconfiguring the RF and baseband parameters cause an interruption of one or more slots of a serving cell of the UE. A starting time of the interruption is within a time duration of a BWP switching delay supported by the UE.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) can include processing circuitry coupled to memory. To configure the UE for New Radio (NR) unlicensed band (NR-U) communications, the processing circuitry is to decode downlink control information (DCI) received via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). The DCI provides allocation of uplink frequency resources of a transmission bandwidth. The allocation is a block interleaved frequency division multiple access (B-IFDMA) allocation including a plurality of interleaved physical resource blocks (PRBs) forming M number of interlaces within the transmission bandwidth, and N number of PRBs within each interlace of the M number of interlaces, with N and M being integers greater than or equal to 1. Data is encoded for transmission to a base station via a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) using the B-IFDMA allocation of uplink frequency resources.
