Abstract: Technologies for improving enumeration of universal serial bus (USB) devices over a media agnostic USB (MAUSB) connection are disclosed. In the illustrative embodiment, an MAUSB device may send USB configuration data to a host compute device. The host compute device may then perform a virtual enumeration of the USB devices based on the USB configuration data without necessarily communicating with the USB devices. The MAUSB device may perform an enumeration of the USB devices on behalf of the host compute devices without necessarily communicating with the host compute device. The USB devices may not be aware or have any indication that the USB device is not communicating with the host compute device during the enumeration process. Such an approach may improve the latency of USB enumeration over an MAUSB connection.

Abstract: For example, an MA USB host of an MA USB PAL may be configured to process a request message from a USBDI of a USB host for a real time data transfer to be delivered between the USB host and a USB device EP; based on the request message, transmit at least one real time transfer request to an MA USB device of the MA USB PAL, a header of the real time transfer request including a request ID field to identify the real time data transfer, and a delivery time field to indicate a delivery time to complete delivery of the real time data transfer; and, based on a determination that the real time data transfer is not to be completed by the delivery time, send a response to the USBDI, the response including an error indication to indicate failure of the real time data transfer.

Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to a time division duplex (TDD) antenna sector switch. A device may determine one or more antenna sector configurations based on TDD beamforming, wherein the one or more antenna sector configurations are associated with first antenna sectors used to communicate with a first station device (STA). The device may initiate a TDD sector switch with the first STA to switch from the one or more first antenna sectors to one or more second antenna sectors. The device may cause to send, to the first STA, an action frame comprising TDD sector setting parameters associated with the TDD sector switch. The device may identify a response frame received from the first STA, wherein the response frame comprises the TDD sector setting parameters. The device may perform the TDD sector switch by switching from the one or more first antenna sectors to the one or more second antenna sectors.

Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to sensor data pipelining. A device may identify a first request of one or more requests received from a wireless universal serial bus (USB) host, wherein the first request is to collect data from a USB sensor. The device cause to send the first request to the USB sensor. The device identify a first response from the USB sensor, wherein the first response comprises data collected by the USB sensor based on the first request. The device determine that no additional requests are received from the wireless USB host. The device cause to send a second autonomous request to the USB sensor to collect data. The device identify a second response received from the USB sensor, wherein the second response is associated with the autonomous second request. The device cause to buffer or send the second response to the wireless USB host based on a second request being received from the wireless USB host.

Abstract: Logic may allocate time slots in a schedule with consideration of thermal dissipation capacities of non-PCP devices. Logic may determine the failure to use a full time slot allocation by a non-PCP device when the non-PCP device has more data to transmit. Logic may determine an adjustment for a schedule based upon duty cycle information provided by a non-PCP device. Logic may receive an indication of a duty cycle. Logic may determine an adjustment to a schedule based upon entrance of the non-PCP device into a power save mode during an incomplete communication with time remaining in the allocated time slot. Logic may determine a duty cycle based upon a thermal measurement. Logic may request a reduced duty cycle based upon a risk of reaching an overheat limit for a non-PCP device. And logic may request an increase in the duty cycle in response to favorable thermal characteristics.
