Abstract: The present invention relates to a display device, comprising: a substrate comprising a display region and a non-display region surrounding the display region; a first conductive layer disposed on the substrate; a semiconductor layer disposed on the substrate and partially covering the first conductive layer; and a second conductive layer disposed on a top surface of the semiconductor layer; and there is a spacing between a first side of the semiconductor layer and a second side of the second conductive layer from a top view, wherein the first side of the semiconductor layer is adjacent to the second side of the second conductive layer; wherein the spacing in the display region is a first distance, the spacing in the non-display region is a second distance, and the first distance is smaller than the second distance.

Abstract: A display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a display medium layer, a plurality of first spacers and a plurality of second spacers. The first substrate has a display area and a non-display area disposed around the display area. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. The display medium layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first spacers and the second spacers are disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, and are located corresponding to the non-display area. The first spacers and the second spacers are correspondingly located at two opposite sides of the display area and arranged along a first direction. An extending line along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction passes through one of the first spacers and the interval between any two adjacent second spacers.

Abstract: In a display device, the display device includes a substrate, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, a semiconductor layer, an opposite substrate and a display medium layer. The first conductive layer is disposed on the substrate and includes a trace portion extending along a first direction and a protrusive portion extending from the trace portion. The second conductive layer is disposed on the first conductive layer and includes a wiring portion extending along a second direction. The semiconductor layer is disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. When viewed in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, the semiconductor layer is fully located in the first conductive layer, an edge of the semiconductor layer overlaps the trace portion, and another edge of the semiconductor layer overlaps the protrusive portion. The display medium layer is disposed between the substrate and the opposite substrate.

Abstract: In a display device, a substrate has a pixel structure which has a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and an oxide semiconductor layer. A trace portion of the first conductive layer extends along a first direction and has first and second opposite sides. The second conductive layer is disposed on the first conductive layer and has two contact portions respectively disposed on the first and second sides. The oxide semiconductor layer is disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. Two ends of the oxide semiconductor layer contact the two contact portions respectively and the oxide semiconductor layer has a first width along the first direction, one of the contact portion and the first conductive layer have an overlap region which has a second width as maximum along the first direction, and the first width is narrower than the second width.

Abstract: A display panel includes an active area and a peripheral area surrounding the active area, and includes first and second substrates, a shading layer and an adhesive agent.
