Abstract: The present invention relates to a display device, comprising: a substrate comprising a display region and a non-display region surrounding the display region; a first conductive layer disposed on the substrate; a semiconductor layer disposed on the substrate and partially covering the first conductive layer; and a second conductive layer disposed on a top surface of the semiconductor layer; and there is a spacing between a first side of the semiconductor layer and a second side of the second conductive layer from a top view, wherein the first side of the semiconductor layer is adjacent to the second side of the second conductive layer; wherein the spacing in the display region is a first distance, the spacing in the non-display region is a second distance, and the first distance is smaller than the second distance.

Abstract: A display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a display medium layer, a plurality of first spacers and a plurality of second spacers. The first substrate has a display area and a non-display area disposed around the display area. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. The display medium layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first spacers and the second spacers are disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, and are located corresponding to the non-display area. Abstract: A display panel that includes a first light-shielding layer, a semiconductor layer, an insulating layer, and a gate line are successively on a substrate is provided. A contact hole passes through the insulating layer to expose the semiconductor layer. A metal layer is on the insulating layer and electrically connected to the semiconductor layer through the contact hole. The first light-shielding layer includes an overlapping region that overlaps with the metal layer and has a first width in a first direction. A minimum distance in the first direction between the edge of the metal layer adjacent to the gate line and the bottom of the contact hole is defined as a second width. The first direction is substantially perpendicular to an extending direction of the gate line, and a ratio of the first width to the second width is in a range between 0.2 and 0.8.
