Abstract: A display device including a substrate, first and second reference voltage lines, a first insulation layer is provided. The first and second reference voltage lines are disposed in a peripheral area of the substrate. The first insulation layer having a groove is disposed on the first reference voltage line. The groove extends along a first direction and exposes a contact portion of the first reference voltage line. The first insulation layer covers a first covered portion of the first reference voltage line. The second reference voltage line contacts the contact portion at the groove and has a contact surface. In a second direction, a first width W1 of the contact surface, a second width W2 of the first reference voltage line and a third width W3 of the first covered portion are complied with 1 μm≤W1≤(W2−W3), wherein than 0 and smaller than W2.

Abstract: A thin film transistor substrate includes a substrate, a first conductive element and a semiconductor. The first conductive element is disposed on the substrate and includes a trace portion extending along a first direction and a protrusive portion extending from the trace portion. The semiconductor is disposed on the substrate. The trace portion has a first edge and a second edge opposite to the first edge, and the protrusive portion has at least one curved edge connecting with the second edge. In a top view, a virtual extending line disposes between the trace portion and the protrusive portion, the virtual extending line overlaps the second edge. At least a part of the semiconductor extends beyond the virtual extending line along a second direction vertical to the first direction.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electronic device including a conductive element, a first insulating layer, an extending element, and a second insulating layer disposed on a substrate. At least a portion of the first insulating layer is located between the conductive element and the extending element. The second insulating layer is disposed on the conductive element and the extending element. In a cross-sectional view, a thickness of the first insulating layer is different from a thickness of the second insulating layer. In a top view, the extending element has a first portion extending to an edge of the substrate, the extending element has a second portion connecting the first portion and disposed between the first portion and the conductive element, and the first minimum width of the first portion is less than the second minimum width of the second portion.

Abstract: A display panel including a first substrate having a pixel region, a thin film transistor, an insulating layer, a pixel electrode, a second substrate, and a display medium is provided. The thin film transistor is located on the first substrate and in the pixel region. The insulating layer is located in the pixel region and covers the thin film transistor. Abstract: In a display device, the display device includes a substrate, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, a semiconductor layer, an opposite substrate and a display medium layer. The first conductive layer is disposed on the substrate and includes a trace portion extending along a first direction and a protrusive portion extending from the trace portion. The second conductive layer is disposed on the first conductive layer and includes a wiring portion extending along a second direction. The semiconductor layer is disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. When viewed in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, the semiconductor layer is fully located in the first conductive layer, an edge of the semiconductor layer overlaps the trace portion, and another edge of the semiconductor layer overlaps the protrusive portion. The display medium layer is disposed between the substrate and the opposite substrate.

Abstract: In a display device, a substrate has a pixel structure which has a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and an oxide semiconductor layer. A trace portion of the first conductive layer extends along a first direction and has first and second opposite sides. The second conductive layer is disposed on the first conductive layer and has two contact portions respectively disposed on the first and second sides. The oxide semiconductor layer is disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. Two ends of the oxide semiconductor layer contact the two contact portions respectively and the oxide semiconductor layer has a first width along the first direction, one of the contact portion and the first conductive layer have an overlap region which has a second width as maximum along the first direction, and the first width is narrower than the second width.
